“Excellent experience from start to finish. Purchased a Cat 939c, and Mike was fantastic to work with. I needed digging teeth, cutting edge and forks, and he hooked me up with all three. He even had the heavy duty forks made for the machine. Then he lined up the delivery for me to central South Dakota. “They are a big family and are welcoming to new family members. They treat their customers as family and I have never felt pushed or manipulated to get anything done like other places have done to me. They are honest, far more honest than any shop I've been to in my life. Where others say I need to replace this and that I can take it to Weavers and they will show me exactly what is going on and if the parts are bad, going bad, or good and have no reason to be on my inspection paper to be fixed.
They are exceptionally kind and compassionate.

“I would not send anybody here. I bought a 2000 ford f150. They said they would help me any issue. I had no dash lights , then my heater when out I got the part to fix it. I tried to tread for a different vehicle they would not work with me I had a few payments on the ford. I would find some where else to find a vehicle to buy.”

“Service provided has been great and very pleased with our transmission. The reason for not giving a 5 star is they charged me hundreds more than was supposed to and have yet to fix it. I’ve had nothing but a run around with these people to get my money back they overcharged to my checking account. Not please having over $400 stolen from us and causing me to fall short on another bill. So suggestion is to use cash for the amount when using these people.”

“I called in to get pricing on a repair and diag. on a new to us suv we purchased at auction. I had called multiple other shops to compare and didn’t receive some calls back here in town. Melvin was my point of contact here and he was very prompt in getting my concerns, gathering information and calling me back, which led to my decision to come here. He’s very understanding, attentive, and personable. The tech’s diagnosis on my issue was through and the way I received all the info via text messages and link was amazing. Upon picking up my vehicle and think over the next course of action, the print out of all the info and a small teddy bear with the company logo was waiting in the passenger seat. Never in all my yrs has a shop ever done something like what Auto Tech Services has down from start to finish. I didn’t meet the techs but I can say MELVIN is awesome as an advisor and point of contact here.”
