I ordered a power track on 10/31 for $5742 and I have been yelled at if I even get a response and hung up on. Their customer service is awful and person relations are even worse. I still don’t have my item and my attorney is now having to get involved. I had a delivery date of 11/22 and never received the product. I got told for consecutive weeks after that it would ship each of those weeks. I never received a tracking number and received no communication when I reached out. Today I get ahold of someone and he yelled at me what he couldn’t help me as customer service wasn’t in yet and I tried explaining my situation then he yelled at me and told me I could call him a diet bag all I wanted and hung up. I never treated him disrespectfully I just asked one question and said this is the first time I’m actually talking to someone in weeks that I’ve been trying. He has no respect for his clients that are literally PAYING him for these items.

The web site feels old, it takes too long to ship and it doesn't have tracking info once it shipped, also awful customer service for not saying non existing, if you buy something as a guest instead of registering you don't have how to track your order so you have to register anyway but now your new account doesn't have any orders so just sign in before buying. Updating that the item I bought two weeks ago hasn't arrived and I haven't had an answer from the company yet and there is no way to track it.

I should've read the other reviews and stayed away. Haven't received the grips I ordered 10 days ago but only an email saying order was "Completed". Waited another 3 days after that email before contacting to ask for a tracking number because it wasn't included on my email. The email actually said "No tracking numbers are assigned to your order yet" but the customer service rep told me it had been emailed to me. Then stated that he can't possibly know when the order will show up at my door. He proceeded to put me on hold mid sentence more than once and then tell me to check my spam folder in a very berating tone. I'm actually tech savvy and have done that every day. He said he would resend the tracking email while I was on the phone. He did send it but didn't mention that the order confirmation number was actually my tracking. Those are typically 2 different things. Don't email me that tracking number hasn't been assigned and then send it covertly as a confirmation number. I work in sales and hate when people are rude so I work hard to be friendly and understanding with customer service. This man was beyond disrespectful. I now just hope my daughter hates the grips and I never need to order from them again. Also, I'm sharing my experience with all other families in our gym that have just leveled up and need grips so they don't have to experience this.

Worst customer service. You better pay extra couple of bucks and buy on amazon or ebay. After initial respond from CS zero respond to my emails. Very bad return policy. Stay away....

I'm not understanding the horrible reviews...always have received decent customer service and they're always spot-on with regards to both quality and timeliness. Definitely my favorite vendor for gymnastic equipment.

I have never written a review before, but my experience was so bad that I found it necessary. If I could give them a zero I would. This was the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced - After being HUNG UP on when expressing my concerns about a pair of grips, and inquiring to see if I could get any money back for one of my gymnasts, I called back and was told that, Eddie, the person I was speaking to, was not going to "sit up here and have a 'little Donald Trump' fight" with me. I asked him if I could speak with someone else and he said "no" and proceeded to hang up on me, again. I then called back two more times in which he picked up, waited for me to say something, and hung up as soon as I started talking both times. Needless to say, I still have not gotten in contact with them because they will either 1) not pick up or 2) hang up every time I call.
