US motors was extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the car buying process. We appreciated the extra help when after we got home we realized there was an oil leak and they quickly determined and fixed the issue. Wanted to leave an honest review about this dealer. Helping my sister look for a car and after about two weeks of searching I finally find a decent 2012 accord. The tires were newer (date code 2023) despite being a cheap brand and having some vibration issues. Brakes were also on the newer side and healthy life left. Overall I do not think this is a bad place or dealer and do not have any complaints about customer service. I mainly have complaints with the little things wrong with the car, granted being a used car it will not be perfect. This vehicle had a third brake light out which fails Missouri safety inspection which was still “passed”. It had a license plate light out- does not fail, and below I have a picture of both air filters, engine and cabin, which have not been changed despite being very very easy too on this car. The oil was not even changed… it is basically common practice to change the oil on a used before sale and I am very glad I did it right away because it was very overdue. The vehicle only comes with one key which is not uncommon, and I did have to remove the window sticker myself as well as clean the exterior as that was not either. The bolts for the license plate/ temp tag was not tightened down all the way, found threads were rusted so I ran a chaser through and replaced with new bolts. I had to do all maintenance to the vehicle, transmission service, power steering service, brake fluid flush, and coolant flush but I do not expect the dealer to do this. I am simply just making a note of what work was put into the vehicle immediately after purchase. The two biggest problems left to fix on the vehicle is the positive battery cable is corroded up into the cable which will have to be replaced and is roughly 250$ part only from Honda. Also the vibration on acceleration is a passenger side axle ~700$ from Honda and is a very common issue on this model year. Overall I do think that this vehicle could’ve been serviced better before sale instead dumping way too much plastic/ tire shine on the engine and inside of vehicle to make it seem nicer. I would recommend to do a full look over of the vehicle and even take it to another dealer/ shop for an inspection. Luckily I am mechanically inclined and did my research on this car so ended up knowing what issues might happen but I didn’t expect to be changing the oil and filters immediately afterward purchase. I also think that the dealer should’ve taken more money off and at least had some consideration on the condition it was in- mechanically and service wise. Cosmetically I didn’t have many complaints as inside and out was decent and not many scrapes or dents especially for age of vehicle.

I went to look at an SUV but it was clear that everything on the lot was a quick flip, while I was waiting to test drive a car, a person came in and the dealership didn’t have his title and he would have to return the vehicle and trade it in.
That vehicle I looked at wasn’t terrible, but it’s clear that it should not have passed the safety inspection. I told the people in the building everything that I noticed was wrong but they shrug it off and just said “thank you” without taking any kind of notes. You may have some luck but honestly I wouldn’t be suprised if a check engine light came on after a month or so..

Paul is the best!! My dad and I had a long day at the bank but he went up after hours to finish selling us the car so I could get back to school that night. Absolutely amazing customer service and I love my new car!! My brother also bought one from him a week before I did and he as well loves his. They are the best!

Gurk offers excellent customer service! His clarity, transparency, and accommodating approach made me feel comfortable in making the biggest purchase of my life so far. After multiple test drives, I found my new (to me) 2010 Honda Accord, and Gurk was prompt in arranging things so the sale would be smooth and easy. I purchased a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder last year. Instantly after purchasing vehicle I had to take it back for prepares. Check engine light just wouldn’t stay off. They had to repair the catalytic converter on bank 1 yet that engine code kept coming back on they replaced it again said maybe it was a defected. Check engine light came back on but would go off in a week then back on. They said you must drive it a while for the check engine light to go off and stay off. This continued until my 3 month warranty was up. In which of course they stop returning my calls. I later found out it was the other one that had gone out. I’m sure they knew that and didn’t want to replace it. On top of that the car began to run with a loud funny noise so I said let me take it over to Nissan to tell me what’s going on. They ran an engine code history and stated there were catalytic converter codes and transmission codes way back in the history. Guess what car needs a new transmission and a transmission transport case which is going to cost at minimal 7,500. So now I have a car I can’t drive that I’m still paying for and refuse to put that much back into a car that’s only worth 3,000. I would think 3 times before going here. I had many used cars in my life time that I had driven for many years without any major repairs. Had this car 1 year and it’s done for. A lot of these reviews are fake once you meet the owners and come back a review the names in these reviews you’ll understand why I said this.
