Let me tell you about my great experience.I needed a new weed eater so I walked into Schnars. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman who I believe is named Jacob. Not in an aggressive sales way, but more of a helpful greeting.I set my sight on what looked like a pretty good deal, but was kindly directed to an even better deal which would save me money and get me a blower, weed eater, and 2 batteries for a great price, which turned out to be an obvious choice. They threw in a free Echo hat just because they are nice . Honestly, I needed another hat, so I was happy.Turns out I forgot the second battery that came with the set. A few hours later I was SHOCKED to see that the same gentleman showed up to my door step just to personally deliver the battery to me. Who even gives such great customer service anymore?Anyway, I felt compelled to leave this review because I’ve now been there like 10 times and have had a great experience each time.”

Great UPS location and representative of UPS quality of service! The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I brought a pre-paid package into their location to ship and had a blast talking with the team and owner of the location. They answered every question I had and helped to explain parts of the shipping business (Amazon returns) I didn't understand.
It is a pleasure to work with this UPS location.”

Went to drop off some Amazon returns and was in and out in probably no more than five minutes, and the clerk who helped me was very friendly and personable. The best place to ship hands down. They don't over charge for everything like other places, even other ups stores charge a ridiculous price for the simplest things. This UPS store is the best and doesn't try to squeeze every penny out of you. 5+stars”
“This is a great FedEx location and the people are very friendly. I do recommend this FedEx location because they do help you even if you don't have a box but I just had to mail something it was quite easy but I made it in five minutes they were going to close and I made it by five minutes. That was a great experience!”

“I’ve used this location for multiple shipping orders and all staff members have always been friendly and helpful. I also recently had many items printed for a wedding. Chad went above snd beyond to help make sure everything was exactly as expected. Other team members were also helpful and met or exceeded due dates for the materials. My go to location!”

“The location is out of way for most.I cannot attest for how the staff deals with customers.Only been here 1 time, and it was closed.The parking lot is very adequate and clean.It is an old school building.You have access to your post office boxes, but there's no access to a 24-hour stamp kiosk. Which was my only reason for visiting.Didn't to see what the covid protocol was.”

“There are other post offices closer to my home, but I choose to drive a little further to use the Des Peres facility. The staff there have been much more personable and helpful than other post offices. As others have shared, Dottie rocks passport renewals! She carefully reviewed our applications today, stapled our checks to the appropriate spot on the form, and told me when and how to check on the progress of our renewal. Thank you Dottie!”
