“The service here was top tier! Francesca I believe her name was, provided amazing customer service. She even helped me locate a coupon. I planned to get an oil change right next door at Nissan where I purchased my vehicle, but they decided to treat me as if my impact as a customer doesn't matter. With that said, I left and went right next door to Jiffy Lube and it was the best experience ever! Fast, efficient, and all of the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. My day started off an absolute mess but the staff single handedly changed that!”

“10 star review all the way for the Arnold Dobbs. Jon and his workers have customer service figured out. I had an issue with steering wheel vibration. Turns out it was a bad tire, which happens. They squeezed me in and fixed the issue in a hurry while I waited. They kept me informed about the repair every step of the way. If your car is having issues or just need routine maintenance I highly recommend the Arnold Dobbs. The guys there are top notch!!!!”

“Today I was helped by this entire team. Unfortunately I had a blow out of a tire that I had no business trying to figure out by myself. My truck barely crept into their parking lot before I was greeted by about (4) of their team members. Luckily for me they all stopped what they were doing and helped me get on my way with a little kid in the car. “I was very greatful that I had a Dobbs so close to my home. The associate Mario went out of his way to take care of my tire issue. Which ending being 4 bolts in right front tire and 3 in the left front tire. Needless to say i have to replace both tires. But i had a tire warranty purchased when I bought my truck and Mario went out of his way to call the warranty company and turn in my claim for me. I know this is not probably routine for him to do but he knew I was in a bind because I had to be at work in an hour. I am very pleased with Dobbs but also very thankful to Mario for assisting me and my Mom (she ended up waiting on the work to be done while I went off to work.) He handled everything which took all the stress out of this big issue.”
“There are a lot of negative reviews in various places on Dobbs. I went there because of an emergency (sidewall blister on a tire). Our son had his tires replaced here and actually recommended it. Bottom line, they got me in at 1p on a Saturday and had me out by 4p. So, at least for me, the experience was great. I can't speak to other reviewers experience, but mine was quite good.”

“An unexpected car issue turned our day upside down, but the amazing team at Dobb’s turned it into a positive experience. Thanks to my run-flat tires, we managed to reach the center, albeit flustered. Mike quickly assessed the situation and found that the tire needed replacement. Despite my car’s non-standard tire size, they swiftly ordered and picked up the new tires within an hour and a half.
Brandon was an absolute star throughout the entire process. He kept us updated constantly, easing our stress with his frequent check-ins and light-hearted conversations. Brandon’s dedication to ensuring our high-end car was handled with the utmost care was truly remarkable. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and reassured.
Although we declined the alignment check due to time constraints, we left feeling extremely grateful. This was hands down the best experience we’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. Brandon and his team were beyond hospitable and respectful. If I lived closer, this would be my go-to repair shop. Whenever I’m in the area, Dobb’s will be my first choice!
