Being stranded on the side of the road is stressful, but McNamara’s was there for us. The customer service representative showed empathy to our situation and was patient with our panicky request. They had the driver to us in about 15 minutes and the driver was nothing but respectful and professional. Thank you for making our situation a little less stressful and providing excellent service!

As friendly as an impound lot can be. They’re not the reason your car was towed, they simply towed it.

As prompt a service as they could give. Made sure to call me before they came out so I could meet them at the vehicle and not wait in below freezing temperatures. Billing was what I expected based on the quote over the phone.

I had a dead battery this morning and called McNamara's. They came within the hour, were very professional, and were quite friendly. I've dealt with towing services in the past that were awful, but I'll definitely be calling McNamara again if I ever need anything.

Called to get a truck towed from my house only 10 miles away from there location. They said it was to far. Very disappointed!
