I have a checking account at this bank and it's been secured by using their systems to notify the cops if the crime is breached. I have banked this location since it's open up to replace the McDonald's express location. It's awesome and my paychecks is in this place every 2 weeks from my job at Ronnie's Marcus Theaters.

Twin Oaks' Assistant Branch Manager Kerry Duepner resolved a complex problem with me on March 18. My niece needed a cash transfer to Florida, and I was confined to home with a broken hip! Kerry received authorization to walk me through emailing documentation, and completed the transfer on time. Her kindness mattered enormously!

Kelsey- My mother died in 2018- the account was closed and reopened because of an un-anticipated deposit. I got a call from a customer service rep saying that I was getting charged monthly fees on my checking; they wanted me to switch accounts to save money; and to which I said I don't have a checking, the rep said my Moms name and I was like Oh, that is my mother's who passed in 18. I went to the branch and they helped me put the money in a money market but had they not tried to save me money I would have never known that deposit was made. What kind of a bank tries to save their people money....? The best ones!!

I walked to my local Commerce bank on a beautiful day in November but the lobby doors were locked. I used the phone number on the door that it said to call if you had business inside. It went to an automated message that said enter another number. None of which was posted. To get the cash denominations that I needed I had to stand in line outside, breathing in vehicle exhaust for twenty minutes. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever.

SLOW!!!! SLOW!!!! Employees are friendly and it's obvious that they do the best they can but the bank manager needs to hire more help or figures out a way to service customers faster. It should not take my whole 30 minute lunch break to deposit money. It doesn't matter if you go in or go through the drive thru. Slow!!!!!
