My daughter broke down in Urbana on her way back from the state fair. We were going to have it towed back to Springfield because we were nervous about using a mechanic that we did not know. I read the reviews for RZ and decided to give it a try. We are so happy that we did. Rod went out of his way to take care of everything. He even met with us after hours to work around our schedule. Mr. Zeigler (the owner of RZ) saved my bacon. I had to get an SUV and trailer road ready - in three days - for movement to each coast. He came to my house, retrieved the vehicles and repaired them on time. Fit me in to a busy roster at the garage. Very courteous and respectful. Some of the other repair shops in the area didn't even answer their phone when I called.

I'm a delivery driver for FedEx Ground and found myself in a bind. I blew a tire at 2 pm on a Saturday...in Urbana! I called RZ Repair and spoke to the owner, Rodd. I explained my problem and he agreed to stay late and complete the work on my truck so I could get on with my route. Come to find out, Rodd and his wife were literally all packed and ready to go to the lake but they put off their trip to help me out! They really went above and beyond!
