The past few times I’ve come to this Walgreens, the items needed aren’t here. Today is the same and ABSOLUTELY NO employee is at ANY cash registers. However, I can hear them in the back arguing and using profanity with each other about what they are not going to do. Then the “swing manager” FINALLY after waiting for 10 minutes, the comes out with another employee and he’s going on about what he’s not going to do because it’s his last week here and his employees left out and he almost wants to leave out with them ? What in the world???? Walgreens…can’t you do better than this? I know it’s a Walgreens, but what happened to providing service with a sense of decorum and professionalism ?

This five star review is specifically for a young lady named Tasha. She's always so helpful and not just with customers like myself, but her staff as well. I observe everything being that I run my own business. In my opinion, she's great for the company...

It’s more than intimidating when you are standing in queue and the guy on the register is having lengthy conversations with his friends and then when it comes to your turn he allows three friends of the same minority group bypass you and skip the queue. No asking. No apology. Had I not felt intimidated I would have said something. Check the CCTV from about 15:50- 15:55. Guy should be fired.

My problem with this Walgreen is not the workers they are always friendly, however my problem is with the company I've had several scripts delayed for days because they were out of the medicine. This just happened again today with an antibiotic that I needed yesterday, they don't have it and they're not telling me when they will get it.

I've never had issues with the Pharmacy, though our prescriptions are fairly simple. Staff is friendly though tired. There is often a line at the register due to ether someone return issues, or someone having card/coupon issues.

Least competent pharmacy I’ve ever seen. They would not give my friend their COVID vaccine because they did not have record of them getting a prior COVID vaccine. This outraged us and other customers who made complaints on our behalf.They were out of post exposure prophylaxis two weeks in a row (9/28 & 10/12) when they will only fill 14 days at a time - that is medication you CANNOT miss with the frequency they are out of stock without risking infection. When I requested the refill of the prescription at 7:00am this morning the app said it would be ready for pickup at 11:00am. They didn’t have it at 6:30pm and when I called said it wouldn’t be ready until at least the next day, possibly Monday (it’s Thursday today). They told me the same thing two weeks ago when I first needed the medication. How can a pharmacy be out of emergent HIV prevention with this frequency? Negligence.They have called me to tell me prescriptions are ready for pick up and when I arrive hours later will tell me the physician has not approved the refill. I’ve had to make 3 different trips to get a refill I asked for at the first visit only for it to not be filled for days.They often don’t ask for questions about medications that are picked up. I’m fed up and will be switching pharmacies. I’d rather drive out of my way to another pharmacy than deal with the lack of competency, concern, and attention to detail. U city residents deserve so much better.

I've only had bad experiences with this pharmacy-- they'll say it'll take 15 minutes to fill a prescription and then 90 minutes later it's still not done. Countless times I've come here at 2 PM well after their lunch break is supposed to be over, yet no one is at either window. I've also had a number of issues with Walgreens filing my insurance wrong. I finally decided to switch over to a local pharmacy and have never looked back. Now I see why people promote local over Walgreens.

There is never anyone behind the photo counter. Have to wait until someone exits the back room and grudgingly agrees to hand you your photos.

I don't know who is running this location now but it didn't used to be like this. Its 10:05AM and every single employee is in the middle of a phone conversation. I was looking for a specific item. I had trouble finding it. A guy walked pass. I thought I saw a red W on his jacket but I wasn't sure. Me and this man stood in the same isle for about 3 minutes. I went to the case where the item was and stood there looking at it (it was locked). By this point I thought he was a lost shopper also. He stood In the same spot on the phone the whole time. I walk around and find someone who was obviously working and asked her for help. She received a phone call while walking me to the locked case. Got to the register and the clerk was on her phone talking to someone. Everyone had some type of wireless ear buds or something. For you to be so wrapped up in your side phone conversation, that you don't realize a customer needs help is crazy.

Please don’t go to this specific Walgreen. This branch does not deserve your money. Employees are treating customers as rude as possible. Very unprofessional, very low quality employees.From now on, I will drive 2 more minutes and go to CVS instead. These employees attitude is totally messed up. So sad that this branch hired bunch of rude people for their business.
