GARBAGE gas station. Shell is GARBAGE company.This is the closest gas station to my house and I have learned the hard way to NEVER go here. EVER. Been horrible for years. Unforgivable.

Horrible service. The guy had the pump set to "pay inside" rather than me being able to pay at the pump. So I walk inside and ask the guy to add 10 gallons to pump one. He rolls his eyes at me (clearly irritated that I expected him to pause his personal phone call to do the job he was being paid to do) and demands that I tell him "how much that is that". I asked him if he could do the math for me; he snaps back at me and asks me if "I could do the math, sh@!" I told him I'd take my business elsewhere. Silver lining is it saved me 14 cents a gallon.

Visit this location on may 1st and the customer service I was rendered was very hostile and I was not given a receipt which I assume she put on the bag but when I get home no receipt but to only find out my card was over charged for 2 Pepsi a can of Pringle and a bag of ruffles for 22.37 .

Accidentally gave a dollar too much when paying inside, and the girl at the register immediately gave it back. Honest employee. This place isn't far from home so I'll plan on going here more.

Only come here occasionally. The last four times - all at different pumps - did not get a receipt for my credit card transaction. The first three times I went inside and waited to get a receipt. This time I just left and will never come back. I guess they deliberately don't give receipts so you have to go inside and perhaps purchase a snack or a lottery ticket.

The gas station never have receipts at the pumps. This is very inconvenient for people that have children in the car.

I don't know who the guy who works the morning shift think he is but he need someone to remind him that he is at work. I have only visited this location 3 times and every time was a horrible experience when he is there. Sometimes the door is locked, he does not greet you AT ALL, and DOES NOT thank you for your business... Disgusting...why come to work? I will drive a little longer to get to QuikTrip for better service.

Came by for a morning beverage. One door said it was locked after 9 pm. No problrm, so I went to the other door. It was locked and the employee wouldn't let me it. Apparently he was on a break and not ready to work yet.

The auto shut off at one pump is acting weird. I stopped fueling because it wouldn't keep running. This is the second janky circle K I've dealt with...have they always been this way? I'll continue trying other ones and keep reviewing.

Horrible experience on the 23rd of December. The girl inside gave me the worst attitude and I just left. I will no longer patronize this store due to the ghetto folks that work there.
