“This was the first vintage clothing store I found in St. Louis and I instantly fell in love. The clothing is predominately 90s or 2000s pieces and everything is amazingly priced. Some pieces are one of a kind and have been painted or resewn to be unique.”
“For many years, I was afraid to enter a custom-made suit store because I was sure I couldn't afford bespoke clothing. But my daughter's wedding made me think: do I want to wear another ill-fitting suit off the rack or a suit that really looks great? So I did some research and learned that I didn't have to spend more on a bespoke suit than any suit I'd buy at Nordstrom. I, bravely, made an appointment at Savile Row and took the plunge. Such a great decision. I had a personal appointment with a sales VP who measured every square inch of my person, gave me a huge selection of possible fabrics, and it all went very quickly. My suit was made in New Jersey, and when Savile Row received it I went in for a final fitting and Savile Row's tailor did the alterations. I also bought a bespoke shirt which was a rich white fabric. I looked and felt like a million dollars at the wedding. It was such a special experience. The VP of sales made me feel important and attractive and no one has treated me that well in many years. Thank you, Savile Row.”

Maddie was SO HELPFUL and friendly & helped me by finding me tons of jeans in styles i was looking for and helped me to find my size and length of jean i liked=) she made the whole experience so easy. i didn’t find EXACTLY what i was looking for today, but maybe i will next time or at least i know my sizes now so i can always order online. Neither of us is particularly fashion forward so his guidance was much appreciated! These are nice clothes so they certainly aren't cheap but we're happy with the high quality suit that we ended up with. “This was a wonderful first time wig buying experience. The wig specialist was very patient with me. I picked out two wigs at a time and was able to try them on. The only disappointing part of this experience was that when I found a style I liked, the color that I needed/wanted was out of stock. Once I found one that fit well and was a good shape for my head, and in the right color, the cashier made a deal with me on the pricing. I bought a 149.99 dollar wig for 129.99. I would definitely go back to this establishment again!!!! #VerySatisified”
“While I have ordered Bonobos online, my visit to the Central West end was my first to a Bonobos shop. The visit greatly exceeded my expectations.I decided to go in person because I have had mixed luck ordering online and understanding how various pants fit me; some times lucking out and finding a fit I love, and sometimes finding the rise too long or too short, the width below the knee too loose or too tight.The gentlemen that helped me, Marc D. and Patrick M. were very friendly and welcoming. But more importantly, they knew the five size patterns that their pants come in and helped me find the perfect fit for several pairs of pants and few shirts.Very gratifying in-store experience that would not have happened had I kept guessing online.”

“I was visiting Minnesota and stopped to do some shopping at MOA. While walking by a store, the Normal Brand caught my eye. I went in and left with two new shirts and a pair of pants. I absolutely love all of them and they have become my new favorite brand. The store manager was very friendly and helpful. I also noticed that the store had a great selection of sizes and styles, which is always a plus. Overall, it was a great shopping experience and I would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking for stylish and comfortable clothing.”

Near The Promenade at Brentwood, which is a nightmare in terms of parking but has stores such as Trader Joe’s and Target.”

“Really love this store honestly, I try to come in every chance I get. The products are very cool if you're into hippie/stoner culture and everything is nicely made. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is that almost everytime I've come in the workers all seem to kinda have an attitude problem. I work retail so I understand how horrible customer service conditions can be but I'm quiet, respectful, and don't cause any problems yet some of them still make me feel like an inconvenience whenever I come in. Especially if I want to buy 21+ items, I understand that I do look a little young for my age but they always treat me like a sneaky teenager until I show my ID, like a guilty until proven innocent deal. Like I said though this is the coolest store on the loop and I love coming in.”
