My parents purchased a 10k whole life insurance policy for me back in 1981. Policy was to be worth death benefit at age 65, 28K.
I was informed by State Farm Headquarters that this policy upon my death today is $4,200, forty years of premiums. I have repeatedly ask for all paperwork on this policy to verify what could have happened for this policy to be regressive to this extent. Smith's office and State Farm Bloomington say documents lost. Reviewing posts by others concerning Smith State Farm Agency and State Farm have and continue to predatory. My parents trusted him and State Farm to do right. His office Mgr. actually told me, "you can still get a nice funeral at some of these discount Funeral Homes or Cremation" GTFOH.

Doesn't like white people. He had our accounts for 22 years and we never met him. He once scheduled a meeting with us to review our policies and then arranged to be out of town on that date. An office assistant read us the coverage limits from the face of our polices—something we could have done ourselves—while wrestling a toddler on her lap. That was all the "review" we got.

They need to be shutdown they’re no good. They don’t help you when you receive damages to your property they try to lowball you the best way they can. I didn’t realize how horrible they were until I received damages to my property and it’s been 5 months and I’m still waiting to get my damages repaired.

We've been with State Farm and John Smith for over 35 years. Always good service from his insurance rep, Harry. John is a little bit of an enigma though. But I guess when you have established a successful base with good employees you don't have to be around too much. Good for him. I'm sure he worked hard to build his business.

Debra Townsend writes reviews about her delivery drivers while she should be working. She tried to get me in trouble because she "had to ask me to come back and close the door" after i left. Honestly Debra, its a public building. How was i supposed to know you even wanted the door shut? Don't people need to get in? Was it really worth it to write that review?
