Whenever we entered the showroom, we were immediately greeted and asked how they could help us. Tom sat down with us and discussed the process as well as answered all of our questions. We didn’t plan to buy a ring whenever we walked into Genovese but Tom made the experience so easy and enjoyable that we submitted our band request and left knowing we would be picking it up a month later. At that time, Jonathan told me he was expecting my preferred Datejust in 30 days and would get in touch.Exactly 4 weeks, I get a call from Jonathan and my Datejust 41 wimbledon is here!Perfect service. Everyone was friendly and prompt. Was offered a drink as soon as I stepped in.Allen (hooe I'm spelling it right) took great care of the whole process. “My daughter's gifted me a wood turning class at Craft Alliance for Christmas, one of the best gifts ever. I've been a woodworker since the late 60s. I have an almost full wood shop, and I enjoy my time every minute I'm working there. Turning is something I always wanted to try. Craft Alliance is a modern, clean, safe, facility, and has all the necessary equipment and tools to a plathora of diverse crafts. Our instructor Joy shared her knowledge and expertise with a class of five students with a wide range of expertise in wood. She was able to relate to all students, and from the attached pictures, you can see the success of the class.”

“Hard to Find – Friendly Service The folks at St. Louis Jewelers (Joyería) may be a little hard to find. But, at least they’re honest. I shall explain… One day about a week ago, the screen on my Timex Ironman watch went blank. The next day, it tried to come back on, but the numbers just kind of flickered. Do I need a new battery, or a new watch? The salesperson confirmed my suspicions. High humidity and/or moisture got inside and short circuited something out. “Don’t waste your money on a new battery” was his comment. Seeing that I’m a cyclist and perspire a lot, this didn’t come as a big surprise. Correction: I don’t sweat…I GUSH!The place is kind of hard to find, especially with the present road construction on Gravois as of this writing – June 3, 2024. Plus the fact they’re awaiting a new sign. The building looks sort of “bare bones” on the outside. The inside looks about the same – no frills. But, like I stated before, they’re honest and friendly. Go check ‘em out.”

“The process of designing and purchasing my fiance's engagement ring couldn't have gone smoother thanks to Barbara. I came in with two older rings with stones that could potentially be incorporated into the final product. She was able to guide me on which stones could be included and which would be better off being left out based on my budget and preferences. I really had no other knowledge of engagement rings coming in, other than my fiance's preference for an oval shaped center diamond. Barbara was able to quickly educate me about what I needed to know and look for throughout the process and made me feel very informed about every decision we made at every step. I got everything I asked for while still coming in under the original budget I laid out for her, which is the ultimate goal when seeking out jewelry services in my opinion. The end result was a beautiful ring that my fiance thinks is PERFECT, and we couldn't be happier.”
