The boss didn't handle the problem with my sim card. She didn't stop recommending me to buy a new phone from the store, telling me the phone had problems.
Her plan was to buy a new phone from the store with huge expense and replace a sim card with $10.
Excuse me?! It's a new phone and other sim card works. Refused the plan and left. Contact online service and got the issue solved without any fee.

Tried to go to the store at 6 o’clock the sign said open and the hours said they are open until 7, all the lights were still on but the door was locked with a girl just sitting there / looked right at me and went back to looking at her phone without acknowledgement

These mfs took my money and my services were still interrupted. The system was down they “claimâ€. I paid my bill the day it was due I got a receipt and everything and called up there to get it taken care of, the lady gone ask me did I still have my receipt in front of me just to tell me I have to come all the way back up there to verify it. I normally pay my bill online but this particular day it was most convenient for me to walk in the store since I had questions about other services and was already in the area. It would have been alot easier if she could have asked me to read my receipt information off to her being that I don't even reside in that area, Instead I have to go all the way back up there for her to “verifyâ€. So just ignore the fact you unprofessional people took my money in exchange for Interupted services!! I'm beyond pissed! 😡

Don't know why all the negative comments. Better customer service then most. And they give alot of discounts on accessories
