“excellent service i was having trouble starting my truck for months had the battery and the alternator checked at several places many times they all said my battery and alternator were good so i had to jump my truck almost every time just needed a little more power so the jump instantly worked every time. so the gal at O'Reillys hooked it up and checked my battery and alternator and did more thorough check and said the battery and alternator are both good but the cold cranking amps were a little low and that will make it not have enough amps to start
she gave me a new battery and i never had another problem again starting my truck after all those months of grief it was finally fixed”
“I needed a battery replaced on my phone. They didn't have it in stock but the guy on the phone ordered it, then called me when the battery arrived. Within 2 days they had resolved my phone issue. They fixed my phone in under an hour once it was dropped off for service. I highly recommend this place. Always friendly and kind!”
“This is in my humble opinion the best place in St. Louis to get batteries. It's a bit of a maze to get to, however, the prices are very reasonable and the quality seems just as good as you can get at an auto parts store. It seems like they have everything you could hope for in stock. I've always had good service. This isn't really a retail location, so don't expect fancy floors and lighting. It's really just a warehouse of batteries.”
“Amazing staff. Had issues with a part from another auto part store and explained the situation to the employee. Not only did he know what I needed, he called the dealership to cross reference the part numbers to my vin. With two options available he sold me the parts he had in stock and ordered the other part just in case I needed it. I will continue to go far out of my way to support this location.”
“I usually come here if my car needs anything. I highly recommend this particular location. Staff is knowledgeable, fast and helpful. Today, I got wiper blades and it was too cold outside. But the staff didn't hesitate to help me and less than 5 minutes they replaced and made sure I was satisfied with the product and the service. Excellent!”

“I was referred to this Batteries Plus by Samsung to get my phone worked on. Jim, who worked on my phone, literally dropped everything that he was doing to help me. He walked me through what he was doing on the phone step by step and even let me watch the process. I assumed upon walking in that the issue was something that Samsung would have to take care of, and even Jim had not seen this particular issue before. After reassembling the phone, he left proper notes on the ticket to Samsung, which made it a breeze to get my phone shipped back to them.

“Service EXCELLENCE! Ladies (& Gents) when you want top-notch service, and a better understanding of what’s needed for your vehicle, check out TRACI. She gave me top-of-the-line service when I came in looking to purchase a headlight for my vehicle. She told me that the bub did not look blown and that I should check the fuse. Turns out, it was the fuse. Traci saved me lots of dollars and I am so grateful for her helpful assistance, she has a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality and I’m so glad that O’Reillys hires, trains and promotes employees like TRACI who can assist us with our needs!”

“We came here at night time to get a head light to replace my right front head light that was out. My boyfriend read through the book that listed what part for which type of car. The cashier person was busy helping someone else for a while. I am glad that my boyfriend can search up for the type of headlight that my car need. We then check out and my boyfriend changed the headlight of my car in less than two minutes. The headlight works great. Overall this place has what we needed and there are plenty of parking in the parking lot.”

“This has got to be the best O'Reilly Auto parts in all of St. Louis. Huge parts warehouse where you can find just about anything when you need it. The old timer behind the counter was super helpful, and had a great attitude! This was the only store I could find in St. Louis selling fuel vapor line in the length and size needed. This will be my only parts store going forward.”
