Called ahead to make sure my exact car battery was in stock and was told my the woman behind the desk “we got all batteries in stock” and then hung up. Showed up 20 minutes later and waited at the front desk for 5 minutes. I was never acknowledged by the woman at the front desk who was actively having a conversation on her personal cell phone on speaker. After around 10 minutes I got back in my car and went to an O’Reilly auto parts and will not return to Autozone again.

I came into your store to buy a windshield wiper blade, I grab what I needed come to the counter the lady behind the counter doesn't even acknowledge me I say "hello" she said "are you ready!?" I said "yes" then she says "then put your stuff down." I was thinking who tf hires someone like this to work at your store. I left right away while she was ringing me up because I was pissed she talked to me like that. I went straight to Advanced auto parts and got what I needed no attitude friendly service. This is why people don't want to shop at stores anymore you get into it with these people who don't like their job and don't care.

When I tell you this AutoZone went above & beyond to help us fix our break pads AT THE STORE in the parking lot (we’re from out of town) I mean that. From calling another store and having the parts we needed delivered asap, to tools we needed to fix the vehicle on a budget. The manager & the workers are polite & well organized. 10/10 recommend this AutoZone.

The staff at this AutoZone was unquestionably helpful. The staff here helped me as I was out of town and was unfamiliar with a certain car functions. They helped me get appropriate oil and coolant for my car and now I am ready for my drive back home! Thank you so so much Ali and Maresse.

and installed them for me.

They said they don't recycle transmission fluid, but the Autozone website says they do take it, so not sure which one is correct.

The check engine light came on in my car last night, Saturday March 2, so I ran it down to this Auto Zone. The 2 gentlemen working were busy but very nice and got me taken care of an on my way. Thank you for your kindness and quick service.

Never get you what you need... these people don't need to be giving advice. ? need to be retrained. Heck, I knew more than they did. They need an actual mechanic working there... service wasn't bad but they don't know what they're doing! Very nice workers though ??
