First I want to say I’m not sure what the negative reviews are about because today was the first time I visited to sell some gold and silver coins. When I walked in I was greeted and the 2 gentleman there were more than helpful. They gave me a fair valuation on my coins and we struck a deal. Will definitely be back in the future. Highly recommend.

Just not happy with the dude. I have perfect in the original boxes, untouched until he took them out of the boxes. Handled them, press the button, tried to put them in the wrong boxes . He new the one made in China was the prize. Put it in the wrong box. A couple of coins I had was of no interest to him. He was tossing the coins like they were worthless.

Dishonest and untrustworthy! We made a deal in which I send them gold and silver as I travel (they asked me). After sending some to them they refused to pay by bank transfer as agreed. I offered several options they accepted them later on changed their mind. Basically I either got it in the mail or waited two months until I got back. I didn't want to risk sending mail without having an exact address. They agreed to overnight it to not delay my plans but sent it regular mail and it of course arrived several days late. The payment was deducted the cost of the mail that I didn't want to do in the first place. They broke their agreement and their word with me several times during this transaction I never once got an apology. If you can't honor your word for a small deal you definitely can't be trusted for a big deal! I dealt with them for 6 months and thought they were better people I was wrong. You won't find another LCS anywhere near as friendly as these guys. Answered every single question I had. And to top it all off they have the best prices I've seen.

Up until today I shopped exclusively at apmex for my precious metals for at least the past decade. Stopped in here because I have been wanting to support a more local option.
The store is beautiful and pleasant to be in. Both times I have come in (first looking, second to buy) I was immediately helped and shown what I wanted without trying to be sold on anything. Staff was incredibly friendly and didn't mind entertaining small conversation. Prices were on par or cheaper than apmex. Only one coin type was more expensive than apmex and only by a couple dollars.
I look forward to hopefully moving away from apmex for my monthly silver purchases.

I have dealt with a couple of other companies very similar to Washington Bullion but I have never had the service that they have provided. They texted me personally and helped me with questions I had and any issuers. I own a construction based rental store and strive for customer service. In this day and time that’s very hard to come by. They have went above and beyond with their customer service.
