Our unit has been broken in to twice. Things stolen. Police say ALL the storage places have had problems. On my way out of my units. Floods.

Looks a little shady to me. But clean. Gate was unlocked the three times I came by to use my unit. On the plus side. Tim the manager is very friendly and informative. He was always prompt to respond to calls. Payment easy to make.

Gates always open. See people in there just hanging out. Makes it awkward. Got a storage unit in catawissa instead.

The owner deleted my first review because he knows he’s in the wrong. He texted me on super bowl Sunday demanding payment. Then proceeded to harass me for not giving him my credit card information over the phone. I offered to pay directly to a website or pay via PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, or Chime. He refused and evicted me. Thankfully he did because I was able to get a new, nice, unit at Wildcat Storage. Most of my sons stuffed animals, clothes and bedding were destroyed as well as my own clothes and bedding. The unit was filled with stink bugs, spiders, roaches and mice droppings. I had no bug or rodent problem in my house that I moved this stuff out of. The pests moved in the storage unit due to lack of maintainence. This man also locked the gate whenever he had just told me to move my stuff out the day before. Nobody besides him has access to it when the chain is on the gate. Otherwise, the gate stays open and there’s really not a “secure” thing about this place. In addition, there’s no maintenance during the winter. No ice treatment. My friend nearly broke his back trying to help me move. Tim is unprofessional and will also set your card up for auto pay without telling you.

I rented here for about a year with no issues. Owner was always very responsive to my calls and easy to do business with. Great prices on units and I liked that he had some really small units available too. I would use again.

UNION STORAGE WAS A VERY CLEAN AND A FRIENDLY OWNER TIM. THIS STORAGE IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED. I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A UNIT IN UNION MO.

Easy to work with when setting up our storage unit. Items were able to be securely stored. Easy process for cancelling when we were ready to as well. Convenient auto payments at the beginning of the month. Overall great experience using them. We just don’t need the storage any longer.
