I purchased a table and chair set and just before the one year mark there was a defect in the table top, bench top and chairs. I contacted Union Furniture and worked with David to file a claim with the manufacturer Liberty. It took approximately one year to get a replacement table and bench, the bench was incorrect and the replacement they brought a few days later was worse than my original. David cane to my home and took photos himself and says he'd work with Liberty. The communication with David was only initiated by me for another year with nothing being done until he eventually retired. I spoke in person to his replacement and with accountability on my part delayed by months getting him the requested photos because he could not find the ones David took. After several months I contacted David's replacement who personally on same day contact came and took photos himself. He did refile a claim with the manufacturer and left message several weeks ago that I received but life happened and I forgot to return the call until now. I was told that there has been too long of a lapse in contact from me and it's been denied. I take full responsibility for not staying on top of this better but am now stuck with a defective table, bench and chairs. Our set is hardly used and I was told I should not be using water to clean the table top. So a kitchen table I can't wipe with a damp cloth? I'm very disappointed in the customer service and was denied the Liberty representatives name and contact when I asked in order to pursue myself. I try to support small business when possible and have been a long time customer as well as referred others. This will be my last purchase and referral to Union Furniture. This has been ongoing for 3 years and I have accountability for my lag in follow up but am not a personality type of being a squeaky wheel. The delay does not change the fact I received another defective table and immediately notified Union Furniture, still have a defective and incorrect bench and defective chairs that as a working class person feels was a costly purchase for good quality. Please consider my experience before you purchase a Liberty brand furniture piece and before buying from Union Furniture.

Wow!! In addition to beautiful furniture, flooring and decor, Union Furniture has incredible employees. Brandon in customer service was amazing! We had an issue with our sofa that we purchased from Union Furniture and he went over and above to solve our problem! He is professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with, returning phone calls and keeping me in the loop. You have a customer for life!!! Thank you Brandon!! Well done!!!!

I am always big in supporting local business but its obvious why big box stores are thriving and local businesses are closing down. Spent almost 4000 dollars on a few items after going in for a mattress. Wound up purchasing a few other items and upon check out was lied to about delivery. It was scheduled for a week later and upon delivery the bed and stuff showed up with no mattress! Which is what I originally went in for. Why deliver the bed without the mattress? Upon calling I was told its special ordered, and there's a no return policy, on an item I haven't received yet? I understand now why weekends only is thriving. You got my last dollar union furniture and I will let friends and family know of my experience here.

I have been in a renovation project for a few years now. And have been working with the flooring department for a few months now. If I had only walked into union flooring two years ago my life would be considerably less stressful. I cannot fully articulate how helpful Angela and Gayle have been. I am an odd person and slightly difficult to work with. Their patience and persistence in questing to fulfill my particular yet ignorant taste is a great gift. 10 out of 10 ??

Bought a new recliner couch and a recliner rocker Lazyboy. The rocker boings when rocking. After a few call backs it was told to me that that is a normal sound.Can’t imagine why a new chair that you pay $568.00 + and it boings!Will never buy from them again.I must say though, the delivery men were extremely professional and courteous.

I am the owner of the Enchanted Forest Treehouse. We worked with Gail in the flooring department. She helped us with the selection. She also referred us to the installer. They were very professional and did a great job! We were educated on different installation techniques and went with their recommendation. I have not been disappointed in the slightest! Thank you for making the flooring experience so pleasant and perfect!

Pricey furniture, very very nice quality furniture,,LOVE the window displays for Christmas. Make the Christmas street party every year,, wouldn't miss it. Everyone I know that's been to it WOULD NEVER MISS IT.

My husband and I recently visited the store in search of living room furniture. We found the store to have a good selection. We actually found a set that we liked. A woman quickly came to us. Sadly, this woman wasn’t helpful at all. She wanted to talk about her cats and her own furniture. She followed us around and didn’t let us browse. It was an uncomfortable experience because this woman wasn’t professional in any sort of way. We ended up leaving the store, not because of the selection, but because of this individual. We were told even in spending a large amount of money we would still pay for delivery. We ended up going to Carol House where we found such amazing and professional people who truly helped us and there if you spend $900 delivery is free. Of course we would rather spend our money close to home in our own community, but this time I think, when ready to purchase we will return to Carol House. Entering Union Furniture and possibly encountering this woman again isn’t the shopping experience we wish to have.
