“We haven’t used this company or anything as we live in Louisiana and well don’t have a need to BUT my sons 9th birthday was the 3rd. His dream is to become a trucker. They caught wind of it and sent pictures of them holding signs to tell him happy birthday near their trucks AND they even sent him the coolest LEGO set that is a remote control semi truck! It really made his day. They went out of their way to make my “lil trucker” Super happy for his birthday especially since we didn’t have much to do anything for him with all that happened (covid and hurricane Laura) and I just felt that they need a shout out!”
“Delivery Driver left a large parcel outside of our place of business, no warning, no notification. Parcel just left for anyone to just pick up and walk away with. I simply do not understand this disregard for a little customer service. Update, Postmaster contacted me, and also spoke with carrier. Thank you for the quick follow up.”

As long as you’re a mildly intelligent kind person you shouldn’t have a hard time navigating this office lol They’re customer service is amazing and we have the absolute nicest post officer worker ever in our Charing Cross subdivision!”
