The staff is very organized and helpful. Along with being friendly. I have not had one issue with Rent One staff. They are amazing. I'd recommend them to others.

Charles is absolutely wonderful. He cares about his customers. My family moved an hour away and we still go to Union vs going to the one closer. Wherever Charles is we will go.
