I was looking for a 2024 acadia denali with certain options in July 2024 so I put out a feeler to Edmonds and they in turn put it to 4 different dealers. I got a text from JimTrenary of Uniin that they had exactly what i was looking for coming in the same day for $59,184.00. I also checked their website and the vehicle was listed at that price as a summer savings internet price.I text the salesman back to confirm the price which he did and I told him I would drive out. I drove two hours and drove their advertised vehicle and they drove my trade in but when it came time to tell me what my trade in price price was, they surprisingly, told me that they made a mistake and the vehicle was now $65,760.00 after confirming the price with the salesman before i drove two hours. Talk about bait and swiitch. I feel it was VERY UNFROESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. BUYER BEWARE.

I will never do business with Jim Trenary again. Yesterday when I went to get my oil changed they raised the prices again and no longer post their prices in the service area. I had a tire pressure sensor go out so I asked them to replace that as well. Someone came after me & left before me, so I inquired why this was taking so long. Was told they were waiting on a filter. Was charged $102.99 for sensor & $132.76 to install it. Highway robbery, Amazon sells them for $13.00!!!!
