They were rude and racist. I was waiting for my son in the car outside
He was working at the nearby store until 5:00. I went to go in and the woman told me I couldn't use the restroom. I Told Her we would be filling up!
She said ,"I don't want any of your money/ or purchases"!
$150 in gasoline & she said I don't need your money ! Good They dont need a good Review!
Upon leaving it hit me the woman was racist!
I am a native american old woman with a disability. I have noticed since being in Missouri that there is a tendency toward being racist! Now I understand why they're beautiful national parks are all empty
My son was working with a young man from Africa, legally in the country, who told him walking down the street he has called Niger! I think they forget that if you don't treat the people visiting your state you're not going to have tourists.
I have traveled the entire United States,at the age of 74 and I must be honest this was a first to actually have someone tell me they didn't want my money,... and to act so rudely
BP used to be Signal oil and gas my aunt and uncle owns such a station in Santa Barbara when I was a girl .
I must say they've digressed in their ability to deal with customers
I will never go to a BP gas station again
Speaking to people at the local Walmart which was next door several local said they will never go to the store again either
It is great that the young, fat girl with glasses and the badge saying manager did not realize that one little old woman can communicate with thousands via a review

I say if you are any white person understand that the color of the skin does not make my dollar worthless,to all the races I recommend going to this gas station having them treat you rudely & then take them to court for racism
We still have civil rights in effect & Judge Mr not by the color of my Skin.

I appreciate that this place is open 24 hours. It’s convenient for getting gas and propane at any time in the area. The staff is pleasant and they keep this store very clean.

I just visited one of your stores, the one in Union Missouri right by Walmart and the manager was extremely rude to me. I am starving and only had five dollars to my name. I had warmed up pretzel bites and when I got to the counter I saw something else that Inwould rather have. And asked if incoukd have that instead. Thencashier was extremely rude too. She said, well we cant do anything with it now that you warmed it up. Insaid no but you cant force me to buy this either. The manager ripped it out of my hand and said, This is extremely foolish, but I'll take it back for you. And threw it away. In front if everyone kn the store. It was so embarrassing that I will never visit one of your locations ever again. When Inasked first a number he said no and that they are privately owned. That was the most ridiculous experience I've ever had.

Put $10 of quarters into automatic car wash and only counted for $8.25. Similar issue occurred a month ago when putting in money and not counting all of it. Manager came out and said I selected the wrong wash, said platinum wash was $12 not $10, even though it's clearly listed for $10.
