After reading other posts, the low stars for this Auto Zone location all seem to have a common denominator.
I have been an AutoZone Customer for 25 years and bypass O'Reilly's and Nampa to get to the AutoZone store in Union, MO. Not sure if I will go back to AutoZone after today's experience.
Becky, the store manager is rude and most of the time when attending this store, for the last several years, the employees follow their managers example in greeting you at the door but come across like you are interrupting their day.
Today was the worst experience. I had a issue with a Auto Zone Home Delivery so went to the store for help. The look on Becky's face said she didn't want to help. Becky questioned me in a rude tone saying, "Why would you make a purchase online? You don't support the local store when you do that." She said a few other things and came across like she was chewing me out for doing something wrong.
After resolving the product issue, I tried to voice my concern but Becky walked away yelling across the store, saying I just wanted to argue, but yet I wasn't even one sentence in yet. Her rudeness and questioning actually made me feel guilty about my purchase, which I couldn't explain to her as she would interrupt me, while walking away, being completely unreasonable.
I am not comfortable having my family go to this store location anymore as nobody should be treated the way I was.
This experience was bad enough I also sent a complaint through Auto Zones website.

Would like to give a decent review but with my experience there it was definitely a 1 star. The associate Becky Harris was completely unprofessional and extremely rude. I had a question and she cut me off as I was trying to explain my question and wouldn’t take the time too actually hear what I had to say. No more auto zone for me O’Reillys & Napa will be my go to now. Very disappointed.

Emma was great! She tested my battery, determined it was bad, and replaced it under warranty. Excellent customer service experience!

I would give this store a 5 star every time with many of the employees. But the “manager” Becky is 100% the reason I’m leaving 1 star. She is incredibly rude and has no sense of professionalism. As a customer, I don’t want to have to hear you talk so badly about your coworkers or cursing every other word before I’m helped.

Greg, PSM from Store 5912 in Oneida, NY helped me big time. He was able to call and get everything squared away for me. He was very knowledgeable and informed the store of what I needed.When I arrived, they were able to do what O'Reilly couldn't. They tested my battery and replaced it without 10 minutes, and I was on my way!
