After dealing with this annoying issue for over a year, they had the headliner down, bolts tightened (with Loctite) and headliner re-installed within an hour. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Rod's, it felt like being inside a Need For Speed game purchasing upgrades on the fly. Customer service? 10/10! They took my call, no hold time at all, and were up front about their schedule. During drop off, everything was smooth and easy. The turn around time is easily what shocked me the most.. ridiculously fast! For a full custom cat-back exhaust on a classic, this is unheard of!
