“I used this location for self printing and scanning. The setup was clear and easy to use. There was adequate space to set out my documents to organize things as copies were made. When a set didn't come out right--they were old documents I tried to copy in their original color--I took it to the counter. I showed it to the staff person and explained it didn't come out. First question: Did you put it in the right side up? I'm sure folk mess that up, but I did not; however I don't think she believed me. We discussed trying to keep the same color and it failing and simply printing it normal. She didn't charge me for her printing (we were already paying for the blank copies). I'm not sure if she believed me or if it's a policy to suffer fools.”
“It was a great experience working with Estes to receive my shipment. It was very easy to contact a real person. They let me know that my shipment would be on an 18-wheeler. I told them that wasn't possible on my drive way. They let the driver know, and he contacted me directly. We met at an agreed upon location. The driver, Sam, was one of the nicest people I've ever met!”

“USPS needs to fix their tracking system. Used overnight delivery, tracking never showed pkg delivered, was a day late (called Company today), so spent weekend worrying about status all weekend. I like this local PO, but the system has been screwed up ever since DeJoy put in charge. And GOP didn't help when it said the USPS had to prepay retirement expense up front ( companies didn't have to dobthis) putting steain on resoyrces.”

“I’ve been going here for the last few years and David has been great to work with these last few times I’ve gone in. He is informed on what suits the customers needs best and is helpful all around. As far as the actual jobs being done the pricing is more than local print shops but turn around is close to next day. Shipping from here is good, it also can be pricier than a few competitors but the customer service is worth it.”

“All of the Staff at this Post Office is Great. Its Nice to have a post office where you can be on a first name basis with the staff and they know you when you walk in the door. Past Reviews describe a Bad PostMaster/Manager, but current management and staff as of this review are Awesome. It really is hard to find a decent post office with friendly people - read reviews around the country - but this one definitely should be rated much higher than their current star rating suggests.”
