“I love to go shopping at Discount Freight & Grocery. In some areas you never know what you'll find so that makes it fun. I love hitting their frozen area for a variety of items too. In some cases I've been able to buy an item at a less expensive price to decide if it is something I might be willing to buy at regular price (if DFG doesn't end up still having it in the future). The employees always make the shopping experience great with their friendliness.”

“This business knows the meaning of customer service. I asked if they had dry ice. Initially someone told us they did not have it. One of the employees, a very nice young lady with long dark red hair grabbed three different options for dry eyes and came to the door as we were walking out to inform us that they do have stuff for dry eyes. This wasn't exactly what we needed but very big kudos to this young lady who went way above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.”

“This store has come a long way! They used to be pretty bad but somewhere along the way they stepped it up! The entire team is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to help or find what you need! If they lack the item(s) your looking for they will have no problem calling around to other dollar generals or holding an item when it comes in! Definitely the Dollar General of choice!”
“Nice place very COURTEOUS staff good selection and variety my wife had a question about an item she was looking for asked an employee in the store was very helpful after talking for a couple minutes found out it was the store manager she was talking to yet was willing to take the time and make sure my concerns were addressed”

“The one place in town, that the employee's are always friendly and helpful. East Sunshine store is the only one of the 4 or more in town, I shop at. It is always clean and easy to move around the store. If it isn't, it's only because of the delivery trucks coming at the same time.”
“Clean Walmart with everything you need. It's smaller than the huge Walmarts but it has a decent produce, baked goods, and juice selection. The prices are reasonable and the parking lot wasn't crazy busy. The lines moved fast and the check out stations were all open and functional.”

“It’s Halloween night. My boyfriend and I want to carve pumpkins together for Halloween. Now, should I have previously bought pumpkins to carve? Yes. Did I? No. So, there I was on Halloween, about to cry because I could not find pumpkins ANYWHERE. I called just about every grocery store in Springfield, physically went to 4 stores, and no pumpkins. I was just about to lose hope. That was until the lovely person from Natural Grocers answered the phone and told me they had several pumpkins left. My boyfriend and I raced to Natural Grocers, and lo and behold… SEVERAL PUMPKINS. I was half expecting to find all of the ugly pumpkins left, but no!! The pumpkins we got were big and round. Perfect for carving. AND they were well priced. $6.98 for two pumpkins. Natural Grocers saved my Halloween. ??”
“I stopped in to do some grocery shopping. Apple Market is the only food market off of highway 69 between Springfield and Norwood, Missouri.The store was clean. Besides the cleanliness, I was able to find everythirespectful. The produce was fresh. The cashier was friendly and respectful.”

They used to have one of those older janky air pumps at one pressure but maybe a few months ago they got this brand-new nice ones where you could input the specific pressure of your tires in the machine would air them up just right. Or maybe they just didn't see it.”

“My first time, I don't have any experience with any asian grocery stores. But i thought this one was great! Super helpful and friendly people who worked there. I went in looking for recipe ingredients and found all but 1 thing. But I left with a lot more! They have a lot of things, shelf stable, fresh and frozen. Would definitely visit again. A lot of the things had what the product was in English but would recommend trying to label everything in English especially the things that didn't have any label on them at all and have the price on everything.”
“It is easy to forget the smaller grocery stores and what they provide compared to a larger store. What they provide is unique items and great service. I needed Jello Coconut Pudding and they had it. Three big stores did not. Thanks for exceeding my expectations.”
