Exceptional Service in a Time of Need
I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Craig, a tow truck driver who truly went above and beyond during a stressful moment. I found myself stranded and in need of help, and Craig arrived swiftly, turning a difficult situation into a manageable one.
Not only was Craig incredibly efficient in getting me back on the road, but his kindness and consideration also made a world of difference. In a moment of high stress, Craig’s calm demeanor and professionalism were exactly what I needed. He didn’t just do his job; he showed genuine care and understanding, which is rare and deeply appreciated.
If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, I highly recommend Craig. His exceptional service and compassionate approach make him stand out, and I’m truly grateful for his help.

We waited nearly 3 hours for another tow company to send a truck and when it was nearly here it decided it wasn’t going to pick up our car. Weeks was then called and Craig came to our rescue! Not only was he quick but he was knowledgeable about what was wrong with our car. We greatly appreciated his help .

Wish I could give a 0 star had the put a new motor in my car the same day I picked up my car check engine light came on had a massive amount of clinking sounds in my front end they played the we didn't do that game wanted to charge me more money after I paid 7k took it to rudders auto in O'Fallon m.o he confirmed the steering link's where not tight at all an the check engine light was do to a bad sense on the new motor will not be going back taking them a bill for the new shop today

Called looking for a tow to a different repair facility and was pleased to discover that Werks did work on foreign vehicles as well as domestic. Work was completed timely.

My daughter's car wouldn't start due to the cold weather when she left work tonight so i came by to see if i could jump start it. After 10 minutes it still didn't get enough juice so I resigned myself to spending another 30 minutes trying when this gentleman in a yellow safety vest pulled up and asked if we needed help. He popped his portable jump starter on and it started immediately. He was able to tell the battery was good as it was charging up nicely. He handed me his card and went on his way. I wanted to thank him for his courtesy and saving our bacon!
