This place is something else. Entire staff from manager on duty down the line could careless about their customers. Tried taking back lights I paid my money for, end up with a lousy gift card for 2.45 cents.. Was counting on that money to feed my boys tonight. Now got to go home and tell them we won't be eating today. People at Wal-Mart screwed me and could careless. It's a disgrace that places like this can simply treat you anyway they want. If I did to them what they did to me I would have the cops on me. Damn shame I live in Troy- going to do everything in my power to never waste another dime in that shit hole. Beware they will screw you over 12 different ways and I guess there's just not a damn thing that can be done. Will be calling corporate tomorrow and everyday after until this situation is addressed. Did nothing to them lousy people to be treated like a damn dirt bum. Was just trying to get my money I spent back to feed my kids. Ridiculous get a gift card for two bucks. And yes had my receipt. Guess no longer matters. They do whatever they please.

Absolut worst customer service . I bought a new coffee pot and opined it win i got home and found out it was used. tuck it back to store and after talking to many people the manage finale agreed that i could not return it for the reason the serial numbers did not match. I told them that i paid for it this way and they said i could not get my money back even with my receipt's implied that i took it or put a different pot in there. Out $80.00 and they took the pot!

This store has the worst customer service in this area. They simply don't care about the customers or the community in large. They only support certain programs and are completely dishonest to your face. My mother calls it lying. Kinda like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Totally unprofessional. They simply don't care. You can ask to speak with the current manager. Good luck with that they will have you calling every customer service number with Walmart. Put you on a phone ride. They lack class and are disrespectful. I allege the manager doesn't acknowledge that you are even a customer. Total rudeness. First class rudeness. Maybe instead of Walmart upgrading their stores to upgrading the resources of manners and ethics to the employee. Some of the employees who work the front need to wash their uniforms. You can put a pretty face on the outside bit that doesn't take away from mananagement that's so suppose to he the leader. They are definitely going backward with customer service. Really, they don't know what that means.

About a week ago, I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for one of your employees. It's been my experience they usually aren't very helpful. But you have a young man, I wish I had his name. He was in the front of the store by the self check out. I recognize a lot of your employees, but I can't say Ive seen him before. Anyway he is a good man. I was having some heart problems. Chest pains really bad. I wasn't sure I was going to make it. He came and checked on me. Brought me an electric cart. He restored my faith. I wish Walmart would promote this type of caring ( for lack of a better word). Anyway I wish my head. Would have been able to retain his name. But you can and should commend your crew up front. Sincerely Thank you. James S

Quite some time ago I took a set of brand-new chrome wheels into the Troy Walmart store to have tires mounted on them. The mechanic helped me take the new wheels out of the boxes. I checked them closely to see if I could find any hairline scratches. There were none, the wheels were in perfect shape. When I came back to pick up the wheels & tires, they were scratched and bent all to hell. The wheels were bent so badly that they were not able to balance them. Walmart refused to take responsibility for the damage and referred me to their shyster lawyer. The lawyer simply stated that Walmart could not have caused the damage to my wheels. It would probably cost me as much to sue the as the wheels were worth. That is how Walmart does business, and how they treat their customers. They do not even deserve the one-star I gave them. I would not recommend any veterans or seniors --and I am both -- taking their autos to the Troy Walmart.

if I could give this zero stars I would. i did an order pickup die to being sick. I got a text saying I had several substitues so I went in to view them. it told me I was no longer able to edit due it missing the window of time. mind you I just got the text. Then I see the substitjtes and they made no sense. i asked for Sara Lee lunch meat and they decided i guess that was too hard so they substituted it for the already precut lunch meat. but then decided chicken lunch meat was a great substitute for turkey. inhavw ordered numerous times whwre they have said stuff was out of stock so I go inside and it's magically in stock. if the workers aren't working the registers and they refuse to do pick up correctly I am not sure why anyone would continue to come to this particular store. i will pay more to do to Kroger from here on out.

I pay more at Kroger rather than go here. It's too small, terrible selection that gets smaller and smaller, bad stocking but you can't blame the employees. The place is too small for the communiTIES! it serves. Whoever the shot-caller is in this neck of the woods has dropped the ball. There is money to be made...Straighten your act up, Walmart.

Worst auto service ever. 2 1/2 hours to have one tire mounted. People coming in After me, leaving (tires also). Sucks. They are not even that busy.

I hope this comment makes it to where it needs to go. I love in Moscow Mills and often do all my grocery pick ups at the Wentzville location. I decided to try the Troy location to see if the selection was different at all. I picked up my groceries at 11am this morning. I was a few minutes early and figured I would have to wait until right at 11. Jordan was at my window with polite manners and a smile right when I arrived. He asked me if I would like all the groceries in the truck. And I stood outside and chatted with him while he loaded for me. I am pregnant in my last trimester so Walmart grocery pick up has been a life saver for my household. Jordan was so nice, he asked me if I would like my eggs in a certain place so they didn't get broken or smashed. He also asked me if I would like to check the fresh fruit or meat and chicken I purchased to make sure it meets my standards. I've never gotten service like this at the Wentzville location. It's always a bit of a wait when I arrive and they don't ask me these questions. Jordan really impressed me and I will be back to the Troy location and I'll even try to request Jordan if I can!

I always dread coming here, especially at night. As a night shopper, all aisles are shut down, stockers seem to really slack at their job depending on the night, and some associates are a bit rude. One associate ruined the experience and made me cautious on even getting any clothes. No one was around the fitting rooms so they called someone over there. He made me feel like I was burdoning him, very short simple words, and gave me dirty looks when I said I needed to go back for a different size. Frozen foods are hit and miss and lack being stocked. I ended up having to resort to going to Kroger instead at night because self scanning every single item in a huge shopping trip is a huge hassle with their small self scanning tables, especially with a person with back problems. When asked if someone can open an aisle to scan you out it seems like they give you the run around that the checkouts are closed. Also, a few times it tooled 25-30 minutes to get a person at jewelry to get some earrings out. Still a better Walmart than St. Charles, and I enjoy how not as busy this one is compared to how gross the Walmart is there. But shopping at night can be a nightmare unless you're getting 2-4 items, and don't have to try on clothes.

you are lucky to be able to meet a cart and pass it as the aisles are too narrow. They desperately need a super center and more parking. Only two registers open at 1930 Employees are always nice but the selection of merchandise is very lacking. The store is old and out of date looking. We try to go to Wentzville, Lake St Louis or anywhere else possible

Cons- Parking is terrible Always run out of stock (on anything from groceries to toys etc...) A few workers are rude (but I have learned which ones to avoid) Small aisles Pros- Most of the staff are very friendly cheaper prices on some things

Very limited stock every time I have shopped here. Parking lot is a mad house at times. Just make the time to shop in Wentzville.

This place is so crowded, the customers, the aisles, the parking lot, everything. It would drive my nuts to have 30+ registers and only 4 open and long lines at each. Not an enjoyable place to shop at all. There is a new supercenter at Lake St. Louis that is night and day compared to this one. Items at this Wal-Mart are cheaper than anywhere else, even the other Wal-Marts in Wentzille and Lake St. Louis. Even with that said, we go out of our way not to shop here.
