My daughter's prescription wasn't ready. Pharmacist was extremely rude when I explained the situation and asked him to call BCBS. He had the robo call me on my cell vs talking to me in person.
No response from him for 30 minutes as I waited in the car and called BCBS myself.
When people were in line, the pharmacist came back to talk with me. What he told me was completely different from what BCBS said...as I was trying to get him to help, he walked away and called the Police on me.

Manager VERY rude. Did 2 transactions and manager walked up and said there was a limit to transactions? When I tried to explain how I had to so I could use my "walgreens cash" I earned over time he got really angry. The district manager was contacted and even called me and told me that was wrong but nothing was ever done and still waiting for a call back and it's been WEEKS!!! Do better Wags?

A family member was brought home and put on Hospice Tuesday. The Hospice team had placed an order for hospice medications, that was acknowledged by the pharmacy ~11am on Wednesday. I called to inquire about the Rx at 3:10pm on Wed, & was told by a male that there were no medication orders for patient. I wasn't aware of the acknowledgement until 08:30 am Thursday. Another family member was able to obtain the meds and deliver to us...OVER 24 HOURS after pt should've had to endure pain.
ALSO, Walgreens needs to be more aware and knowledgeable about the surrounding Hospice providers and their medication reimbursement policies. God forbid any person (or animal) endure any more pain than necessary.

Nothing but issues from the pharmacy.
They denied a prescription because they didn’t understand the doctors notes. But never bothered to call me or the doctor. I called 4 days after the prescription was sent and that’s when I found out. I read the doctor’s notes it was as clear as clear could be. They wait times are always horrible. They have more than one drive through they should be able to keep up.
My wife went to urgent care late in the day and her normal pharmacy was closed but Walgreens said they would have it filled before they close. They messaged her said it wouldn’t be ready till the next day. Then charged her x3 the amount it would of been at her normal pharmacy.
If you’re looking for recommendations I do not recommend this pharmacy and if you’re in the Troy area definitely use Beckwith pharmacy! Support your local business and not this corporate snail of a pharmacy.

Anybody else get texts saying your prescription is ready only to find out 40min after waiting in line they have no clue?
Incompetence is this pharmacies #1 job skill.

Is there a reason this pharmacy always takes 4 days to fill prescriptions? If my Dr calls in a script on a Friday morning, but I can't get it filled until Monday, I'm giving a big fat 1 Star.

One star because I can't give 0 star.Went to pick up a script last evening...was told it would be ready in another 35 min. said I would come back next day. Went through the drive thru to be told they didn't have it. Not the first time either! Worst pharmacy!!!!!

I used to love this pharmacy, it has gone down hill so much. I’m a very patient person to say the least but I get medication every 30 days. It’s been 34 and they are refusing to give it to me. When I called the pharmacist was the rudest person I’ve ever talked too, she said I refilled it on a date I clearly did not, I took a screenshot of the last yr of refills and wouldn’t let me talk just kept saying “no you can get tomorrow goodbye”. Even totally ignoring the question about why they switched my insurance when I didn’t and why it says ready to be picked up but they won’t give it to me. Just absolute chaos there. Even my doctor doesn’t understand what’s going on. 100% leaving this pharmacy after this and recommend not coming here. Not sure what happened but they are terrible and rude.Update: my husband called, my doctor sent in a different script and they said they still couldn’t do anything. She said she changed the insurance to e script which she did not have any permission to do. And she also told him she NEVER talked to me. I don’t know what this pharmacist is doing but it’s not her job and she shouldn’t have it. Im actually worried someone like this is in control of some people’s livelihood. Unbelievable. Please save your sanity and do not go here.

NOTHING but issues with the pharmacy. i think i’ve had an issue every single time i’ve gone there, and unfortunately had to switch to there because my insurance stopped covering Kroger’s Pharmacy a year ago. they told me my two completely separate dr’s sent my completely separate scripts to Walgreens in New Jersey, that was the last straw. needless to say, i’ve switched to Mercy Pharmacy!

Nicole pharmacy tech, went above and beyond! She was so helpful to ensure I had the urgent meds I needed. I appreciate not only her helpful kindness but her concern for me as a person. I hope her management sees this and will acknowledge her amazing customer service skills.

NO STARS!! Got a text saying my medicine was ready for pick up when it wasn’t. Okay that was whatever but my car overheated and died at the window and I told the pharmacist that my car was dead and she rolled her eyes threw up the pharmacist off duty sign and walked away. Honestly she’s just a horrible person they should not have someone like that in charge of prescription medicine.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy ever. They don’t care about customers at all. They are the slowest pharmacy. They made us sit in their ridiculous line THREE times bc they didn’t have the prescription ready. When I told them I wasn’t doing that again and I’d sit and wait there 10-15 mins to prepare EYE Drops….they threatened to call the cops. Go some where else. Theirs a reason they have a horrible reputation in Lincoln County.
