How are you supposed to get a package out of mailbox when the mail carrier jammed it into the mailbox. This is the second time this has happened.

The people here are mean. I've never sent anything internationally and I tried to politely ask them if I was doing everything right and they were really rude to me. I ended up leaving just so I can go through someone else, because they seemed like they didn't know what they were doing, and when I asked to make sure everything was right, it just offended them. When I was waiting and trying to get all of my things in order, they were treating everyone else like that too.

Carrier consistently delivers to the incorrect address. We have 2 pieces of mail missing and found out the carrier delivered them to the neighbors "as requested", but we have never put in a request for that so someone doesn't know how to operate their system or do their job.Don't bother calling them for help because they're rude.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had, they constantly refuse to deliver my mail. They have repeatedly delivered my mail to the wrong address and have delivered the wrong mail to my address. They are a disgrace to the United States Postal Service’s good name.

I've never had a problem with any of my postal carriers here through 3 different addresses over 10 years. Certainly, some have been more accommodating than others...bc they are different individuals with different work ethics. Life hack: communicating & being friendly with postal carriers pays in dividends.Whenever I've gone inside, Paul, Matt, & everyone else has always been polite, professional, and helpful; the lines move quickly. Yes, the parking lot is small & cramped, but the burden of caution ultimately lies with the drivers. They tried to move to a different location, but the tax to pay for it failed at the local polls.Every profession ever has good & bad employees. Slackers should be called out, especially within federal services, but we shouldn't forget to appreciate & give feedback on the good workers too. People seem to share bad experiences much more than good ones. Can we please bring consideration & conscienceness back? Can we give others a little grace & try to inspire each other to do better instead of attacking them over 1st world inconveniences? In today's world, kindness is a superpower. Be powerful!

Based off these older comments, things haven’t changed. I haven’t had mail deliver to my location since March. The mail carrier is mad because I won’t allow her to continue to drive in my yard. Trying to get a hold of the Troy post master is a joke. They don’t answer the phone and then lie about meeting at my location so I quit calling. Putting in a complaint on the USPS is also a joke. Put two of them in and they would just close them out and indicate that they talk with the resident, when nobody contacted me. Then you go to consumer affairs and that is not much better. I did finally talk to someone and they talk with the post master that was covering for Troy post master and she came out and couldn’t determine what the problem was. Consumer affairs then talked with the carrier and she came up with a third excuse. So I was supposed to move the blocks that I put up and allow the carrier to continue to drive on my property. Needless to say, I am not going to allow this. The mail has been delivered to the box for over 46 plus years without driving thru my yard but not she can’t do it and they are not going to make her do her job.

I let them know what I needed, and they provided the mailing supplies and the forms I needed along with a pen to fill them out. They were informative and helpful.

Please answer your phone!!! How can we get answers when you don't answer your phone??? I now understand why you have a 1 star rating, you cannot move on until you select at least 1 star.

Kay** is rude and incompetent! I’m surprised this unprofessional garbage is capable of performing the task of dressing herself. I will NEVER step foot in this place again until she’s gone. Take the trash out!

ZERO STARS. THEFT. I ordered an entryway table. Post office said it was delivered but I can see it's not on my porch. None of the neighbor have it. They said it was scanned and actually delivered to another address and it's in their mailbox. An entryway table will not fit in a mailbox. Called the post office and they said the package only weighed a half pound and it fit in the mailbox. About a week later, I receive the "half pound package. " It's 2 lens cleaning cloths and the weight is actually 4 ounces. The mail person is definitely a thief. My neighbor had a package go missing a few days before me too so something is definitely off.

1 star is giving way to much credit I wish I couldn’t give any. I have been trying to call this location for 45 minutes. 12 calls. No one answers and the phone just stops ringing after 3 minutes. Trying to call to give permission for my boyfriend to pick up my package, my package that should have been dropped off at my house but the carriers are to lazy to get out of there vehicle. I tell him to get there before 5:30 since I’m not getting anyone to answer all for him to rush there and the doors be locked 3 minutes before closing. I have lived in Troy my whole life and have yet to have a good experience with the post office. I’m not sure why everyone here continues to be so lazy. You chose to work here, try to do your job correctly.

I use post office services frequently - usually every week - & am quite satisfied. For my business & my personal business. Packages to ship. I also mail a number of over-sized or over-stuffed envelopes which I get weighed & posted. The staff was pleasqnt, & knowledgeable, from the start. Now one p.o. box & a dozen years later as "business partners" (well, in a way!) we know a little more about others lives, & share an ongoing conversation about Troy's goings-on, about our neighbors, and common themes. A visit breaks up my day, always good! As for the parking lot, it is small, & sometimes you might have to manuveur a bit, but I guess I visit on slower days. One more thing: just like every, & I mean every, post office in the country it is excessively crowded over the winter holidays. That's life in America, & aren't we lucky to have available these places who will forward all your cards & presents to all your loved ones, however far. Peace
