I've been a member at UFP for several years now, and I love it. I always feel right at home here. The equipment is nice, there's plenty of space. Staff is awesome. My kids love coming to the daycare while I'm working out. Best gym in Troy!

Great people and a great place to achieve your fitness goals! The fact that it's localy owned is a huge plus for me! I would rather support a nieghbor than a corporate owned chain! Keep it local people!
