We brought our van here for warranty work. What a horrible experience! I had to return my vehicle several times, due to the issues not being fixed and him causing more issues. Each time Tommy (the owner) assures me it's fixed. He was good at making me feel as if it had been taken care of.
The first time I picked it up I drive off, I didn't even get to the hwy and it is not fixed. Turned around and brought it back. Second time, I drive off. I go to the gas station where I cannot exit my van. The door handle will not work. He fixed one problem and caused another. He come and picked it up. Third time, pick it up, open the door and a part falls off. He tells me how 100 people been in and out the door. Bla bla not his fault. When the part arrives (for the original issue), I have to bring it back. Tommy told me his shop " had a come to Jesus moment. And he is the only worker now." Asked me, "how bad do you need it?" We agree on a pick up date. Date comes, not ready. My family van sat there for a week and he didn't even touch it! Tommy was so unprofessional when I tried to question him about it. My husband had to take over the situation. Forth time I pick it up, issue is fixed. Now I have no ac. None. Blowing hot. Tommy tells me husband bitching and moaning won't fix it, bring it back up.
We had to report him to the warranty company three times. We were informed he had already been paid for the work weeks prior.
He never did fix what he broke. The warranty company had to refer us somewhere else. Located in St. Peters. Not close for us or convenient. Unfortunately, I will probably spend less on gas going there and back, than I did taking my van back and forth to Tommy.
My family was inconvenienced with TNT Auto sales for almost a month. Without a vehicle for most of that time. Tommy responded with yelling and interrupting you when you tried to speak. Very unprofessional. He is very good at talking and over promising. Do NOT trust Tommy at TNT Auto sales!

We was on vacation over 8 hours from home ,and our vehicle broke down.TNT Auto Service came to the rescue Very quickly fixed inexpensive, very nice employees .Tommy was a great guy to deal with.I highly recommend TNT Auto Service .

Staff doesn't awnser phone. Makes appointment they can't handle and when I show up for my appointment nobody is their and one mechanic tells me he doesn't know what is going on horrible place horrible service

Exceptional Service at TNT Auto Service!
From the moment I pulled into TNT Auto Service, I knew I was in good hands. The staff greeted me with a warm smile and a readiness to assist. Not only did they provide a detailed explanation of the services my car needed, but they also took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed.
The mechanics were thorough and efficient HONEST, GOOD PRICE and Often can make appointment for next day, completing the work quicker than anticipated. They even showed me the replaced parts and explained why they were necessary, which added to the transparency of their service.
I’m thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and skill of the team at TNT Auto Service. They’ve earned my trust and I’ll definitely be returning for all my future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

So after jiffy lube almost destroyed my car by not properly installing the oil filter my car was towed to this shop and repairs were done. I couldn’t be happier. They saved me a lot of time and money and were extremely helpful and got it done extremely quickly. I’ll be taking my car here from now on. I highly recommend this place.

Best car repair experience I’ve had. Cost much less than expected and not only did they drive me home after I brought my car in, they dropped it off at my house when they were done with it on their way to lunch. Highly recommend!

You guys helped my daughter who was in from New York with her car on the Monday before 4th of July. I didn't think anybody was going to be open let alone be able to fix her car . You guys did. Your hospitality was wonderful and I appreciate you taking such good care of them!!!

This shop is very good at charging current shop labor rates but they are not able to fix your car completely. They totally trashed our car interior with oily hands and fingers. Lied about the time to complete. Dropped of car Sept 5 told a week to repair. Called after a week not even looked at cause owner ( only mechanic on payroll) had missed so many days. Called a few days later said he couldnt get the parts he needed I found them bought them delivered them to him. One excuse after another why it was done when promised. Finally on Sept 26 picked up car paid full price car still not running correct Avoid the head ache go somewhere else!!!
