The staff at Store It & Go are amazing :) Every single person is courteous, they work hard to meet your needs, and Matt even went above and beyond when we needed assistance getting a piano into our unit.

The owners of this company are amazing !!! they truly care about the customers , very understanding . we had a hiccup recently and they have gone above and beyond to make things right . i will definitely recommend them ,the customer service is absolutely 5 stars !!! i i actually get to talk to a owner of a business and not a person that is just a rep and doesn't care about you either way ,(like big name stores and business) you talk to a million different people spend hours trying to get your issues fixed if its even possible . if you want 100 % customer service and to use a company that cares call them !!! they take care of there property make it look nice and communicate with there customers .

I don't know about their storage units, but the way they run their auctions is terrible!! The first word that comes to mind is SHADY! I feel like I was completely lied to and then lied to again a second time. I feel as if they treated me like I was a fool that they could take advantage of after being lied to. I've been going to auctions for a long time and have NEVER seen anything like this done, and I've been to some really bad and shady auctions. BEWARE BEFORE YOU BID ON ANY UNITS HERE!!
