Amber always takes great care of me as a customer, and more importantly as a person. My needs are always met with a helpful attitude. I truly feel that my concerns are important and they urgently step in to take care of them. Amber introduced me to Billie to help clarify my auto policy. This office has really good customer service! I recently had a breakdown and needed a tow and they guided me through the process and made it easy. I also added a vehicle a few months ago, and it was the simplest transaction. They asked a few questions and took care of it. I trust Ron Mills State Farm with all of my insurance needs.

They go above and beyond to ensure you are more than just a customer, but rather family.
If Ron isn’t available, I have experienced fantastic customer service from another member of his team, Jamey Schuster. Jamey has helped me on a number of questions that I have had regarding my policy and all other sorts of questions regarding my home and auto insurance! He is a book of knowledge and will help you anyway he can!
Again, you can’t go wrong with this branch and the customer service they provide.
