I want to give a very loud shout out to Priority One tow. I was injured in a car accident and they were called. Not only did they take care of my car but took very good care of me after I was released from the hospital. They went above and beyond for me. I never knew a company with such compassion. If ever the need this is the company to call. Thank you guys for being you!!

Was unavailable for us to get the vehicle out earlier in the day then was charged for the day when we tried picking it up at 9:00 a.m.

Called as I had a flat tire and they got to me within 5 minutes and had the tire changed within 2 minutes! Very affordable and friendly! I highly recommend!

Insanely expensive, tell you one price on the phone and a more expensive price when you get there. You get charged on days they are not open, so you pay them to not be able to get your vehicle. They told me " it is illegal to let me get personal items from my vehicle." That was the completely false. Immediately rude as soon as I walked in, they get all the tows from troy p.d. so they can charge the maximum the law allows.

Don't recommend Alpha wrecking service out of foley mo yeah they may be 5 stars on Google but they won't save you at 3am trust and believe.
Highly recommend priority. One out of Troy mo which was there in less than 30 minutes, drove all the way from Troy to come help in a thunderstorm and was super nice and got us back on the road in 15mins highly recommend if u want a Quality tow or need assistance ?

hateful judgmental people, if u aren’t white or from troy or if you had no choice but to deal with the old man and are picking up an impound and have to go inside the office, don’t expect to be treated with the same respect. expect to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed and pay over $400 to get a car out of impound that hasn’t even been there 12 hours

Locked my keys in my car at 8pm on a Sunday and they had someone out within 15 minutes. Damon was very friendly and professional, prices were reasonable. Seems like a great family run place.
