Went in for a haircut and Erika did an amazing job got me in quickly and was a super awesome hairstylist love the way she went above and beyond best out there. I will have her cutting my hair for now on.THANK YOU ERIKA.
Requested style: I did a finger length on top 2 on the sides and back and thin out she then shortened the edges and trim eye brows

The little old lady that cut my son’s hair completely messed it up. I asked for him to get trimmed and layered and she chopped it and was all uneven. His dad payed it which if it was me I wouldn’t have. I had to take him to diesel barber shop and they there worked their magic and made him happy. So I do not recommend Great Clips bc they don’t listen to what u want and do what they want. I’m sure all the girls in there aren’t the same but that older lady is no good.

I went in with a very generic inspo,and Erika did not listen to anything I asked for,I had 6 months of growth from a buzz cut and told her I didn’t want too much taken off and she went way away from my inspo and I came home crying cause length was gone,my hair looks like a chop job bowlcut and I am horribly upset.

They messed up my wife’s hair and didn’t listen to what she wanted at all, she asked for bangs and didn’t receive them. They also took off way more hair then necessary.

Giving 5 stars based on Erica alone!!! She has the best attitude out there and my daughter absolutely loves her. She does a great cut and treats my 5 years like she really matters! We won't go anywhere else.

If I could put zero stars I would we arrived around 10:03 had an appointment ready online and sat there till 11:30 while they took everyone before myself and the two other people waiting whenever we had came inside . My mom politely asked why is the order out of place the lady snapped at my mom her face getting beat red and shouted I don’t skip people. We silently took our things and left. Never returning to this place again the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had to face.
