I had an unfortunate incident with my vehicle and couldn't even get an estimate from the Toyota dealership for months. I just happened to stop by F&S Collision and Chris gave me an estimate the same day!! He ordered the parts and took my vehicle in the next week. There were a few more problems that could not be seen until parts were removed. Greg got with me on the issues and ordered additional parts and got my car back to me the following week. I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to F&S!!! Thank you so much Chris and Greg!!

My experience ruined 9 months of my life. Do not do business with this company. They are liars, thieves, and are incompetent of doing any type of automative work. They are decent with auto body if you need a paint chip repaired. Stay away.

19k in damages and took 7m to get back. Rust is showing not even a yr later which tells me they did not replace. Can't get a final invoice of what was actually done . And will not stand true to the loop lifetime warentty on there work.

I had body work done, rear door, trim around wheel, cracked quarter panel/bumper. 1 aluminum wheel repaired (bad gouge). They did a fantastic job. Wheel looks brand new. To top it all off... they cleaned the inside of the car. That looked great too. I wasn't expecting that, but it was nice. One downside, and it wasn't their fault. I'm sure all shops are the same. The car was there a month because they couldn't get parts. Luckily for me I'm retired and had another vehicle. As far as Im concerned this is my go to collision repair service.

Dropped off my truck to have it appraised they took the pictures of it got everything they needed now here it is 4 weeks later with no quote to be given. I have called 5 times and everytime they push a week further just for a quote. Will not call you back when they promise too on a certain day and ghost you. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Ps... it's only a broken grill and a dented bumper.Service: Body & Trim

For some reason I never got any paperwork for my "free estimate". No follow up or anything and no response to my own. I guess instead of being honest and telling me they don't want my business they decided to treat me in an awkward manner by saying something about my insurance and then ignore me in hopes I don't push the issue? Not sure why I got the experience that I did.

The people here are great. I hit a deer in October and even with all the parts shortages etc. they were able to get my Grand Cherokee like new in 40 days. They were always in constant communication and did well to provide a great service. I have no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend!Services: Body & Trim
