Bought a belt from them on 6/29. Installed it a week later. Now as of 2 weeks ago on 08/7 it breaks. Just snaps. Now they will not return it as its outside of 30 days. Last belt lasted years!!!!! Was going to buy a new exmark here. Not anylonger.

I have not personally dealt with them, but will refuse to go there. I have been told how rude they were on multiple occasions. Don't waste your time with these people.

Fletcher Equipment is now Ennis implement located at 580 S Lincoln Dr., Troy, MO and it is my opinion that this should be your last resort for any purchase. I believe they are a bunch of crooks. Last year I needed a gear for the PTO on a Case IH tractor and they quoted me a price of $500.00. I was able to purchase the gear elsewhere for $110.00. Today I purchased a water pump gasket, a thermostat and a thermostat gasket. I was shocked to find that the thermostat cast $41.46 and the gasket was $10.27. They had already charged my credit card before I realized how much these items cost. I said I didn't want to purchase them and ask for a credit and was told there would be a restocking charge to do this. I hadn't even left the store. I took the items and learned a valuable lesson: Only deal with Ennis Implement as a last resource.
