They're aren't enough stars to show my appreciation for Scott @ the Troy Boost Mobile store.
For some reason, someone at Boost thought it would be a good idea to move only my wife, out of 4 phones, to the AT&T network that we went to Boost to avoid for network issues. Then, they decided that cancelling my wife's phone was a good idea. When I called to t'shoot, all the rep could do was tell me that *someone* called and said we asked for her line to be removed. I've worked with Scott many times and several times calling 611 the rep tells me "you have to go into a store to do that" only to find out they were lying and that the situation needed to be handled with support.
I conferenced Scott on with the rep, who was nothing less than rude to me, and working on getting me aggravated telling me that in order to get her phone turned back on I would need to pay another month and it will be turned on in 2 mins. My bill isn't due for another 2 weeks. THEY disconnected it. I was furious. Scott jumped on and took the matter in his hands. The rep. respected Scott as Scott explained that this was a Boost issue. Few minutes go by, not getting anywhere, Scott tells me we need to end this call.
Scott followed up with me, made a few phone calls to higher ups and within a few hours her phone was on.
We love Boost Mobile. We live in the woods and it gets great service. I would say the customer service rep could use some schooling.
Thank you Scott for always having your customers best interest at stake.

The guy that works there is so nice and respectful and very helpful and answers any questions we have . The other day I went in to pay my husbands and my phone bill and I had won the from the tickets they had there and there was a Rep there that day and he was so nice and did everything to help me . I’ve been with Boost for years and plan to stay with them. Thank you guys for everything!

Had a situation come up where I needed a new phone quick! They had signage up for the newest IPhone but didn't have anything newer than the 11 or 12 in stock.Also opened 5-10 minutes after they were supposed to even though they had a line outside. No big deal but it was so cold!

You can't ever get ahold of anybody in customer service and when they call you back all they do is say they are sorry they missed you and will call you back so annoying

It hooked me right up got my phone going for me and plus they were barbecuing outside wrapping off some tickets some phones got me a hot dog oh it was cool it was real nice of them thank you Boost Mobile

I walked into a crowded store, that had only one employee! He was dealing with a customer and the phone was ringing, you could tell he was a bit stressed! I patiently waited, told dude to go ahead and answer the phone, I would wait! Sadly I can't remember the employees name, because he had the BEST customer service I've experienced in a great while! Dude fixed my phone problem lickety split! I offered to "report" his awesome behavior, but unfortunately he said there was no one, nor incentives! So this is the best I could do! Thanks Troy Boost dude!

I was visiting from out of town when I began having issues with my phone. Scott, Boost Employee, made a trip I was dreading VERY smooth! He was very knowledgeable and very professional. Fixed my issue right away. What a great experience!! Thanks Boost and Scott!!!!

One too many times we were given inaccurate &/or misleading information; and some just false. They are married, the two reps, a good old-fashion double team. He lies, & she swears to it. Their knowledge of the items they sell is neither satisfying or helpful. As an example, my partner & I both got Stylo 5 phones. A few weeks later my son told us a stylus is included. Didn't take long to locate them,& the speed of our communications vastly improved. All the problems & rudeness were nothing next to the fact that the reception was terrible, deplorable, sometimes non-existent. So we soon left boost for better reception, which we found. I just thought I'd give you all the heads up before you went in there. ☮️
