“I had called several auto body shops when my car got caught in a hail storm, and right out the gate Verdun seemed to be the obvious choice. They were clear and direct with me on how much it was going to cost and what needed to be done. They gave me a generous estimate of how long it would take, and sure enough my car was done in that time frame. If you need any damage repaired on your motor vehicle, Verdun is the only sensible choice.”
“Had wiper replacement blades that had brackets that didn't match what was on my truck. Ron went above and beyond to match brackets to make it work. Thanks for the help.”
“Had my parts in stock. Was busy, but the staff was professional and courteous. I even left an item behind at the counter, and they put to the side until I returned. Everytime, a pleasant experience.”
“10 out of 10 customer service! they don't talk down to you! they don't act better than you or try to sell you stuff you don't need! down to earth guys with affordable prices in this over priced world! thanks guys!”
“Always been kind and helpful through the years. Hopefully they have their staffing issues under control. Miss the old crew sometimes. But people have to retire eventually.”
“I had an unfortunate incident with my vehicle and couldn't even get an estimate from the Toyota dealership for months. I just happened to stop by F&S Collision and Chris gave me an estimate the same day!! He ordered the parts and took my vehicle in the next week. There were a few more problems that could not be seen until parts were removed. Greg got with me on the issues and ordered additional parts and got my car back to me the following week. I couldn't be happier! I definitely recommend taking your vehicle to F&S!!! Thank you so much Chris and Greg!!”
“Awesome.
Cameron spent 30 minutes asking detailed questions / providing recommendations and an action plan to get my LML’s oil temps and EGTs down in a custom suburban tow rig build. I was prepared to have them build an engine with compound turbos to the tune of 5 digits to resolve , but really liked his far more cost effective approach to start smaller (manifolds, up-pipes, intercooler, meth), gather data with each mod until we get where need to be. Even if I end up doing all of these, it’s less then the compound kit.
Will definitely give these guys my business on parts and if/when the time comes the engine as well.”
“About a week ago, I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for one of your employees. It's been my experience they usually aren't very helpful. But you have a young man, I wish I had his name. He was in the front of the store by the self check out. I recognize a lot of your employees, but I can't say Ive seen him before. Anyway he is a good man. I was having some heart problems. Chest pains really bad. I wasn't sure I was going to make it. He came and checked on me. Brought me an electric cart. He restored my faith. I wish Walmart would promote this type of caring ( for lack of a better word). Anyway I wish my head. Would have been able to retain his name. But you can and should commend your crew up front. Sincerely Thank you. James S”
“I shopped for a few minutes. While in the store saw the low level employees working their butts off. Saw a heard of middle level employees roaming the store doing absolutely nothing, goofing and playing around in a swarm. As iwent to the back there was a group of somewhat upper management leaning on merchandise doing absolutely nothing. They have a walk around the store. No need to walk around the store it is a disaster. I got back to automotive the techs we're diligently working. I was excited to see a older lady did my oil change. Yay girl power. There were men waiting in line at the counter. The electronics girl was nice she said she requested someone to come back there and wait on them. No one bothered to show. I yelled we need help back in automotive customers are waiting. The upper managers just looked at me, stopped leaning and walked to the back room. A little later an angry elderly lady manager named kim with a mustache and a hunched back came back there and said, "that's uncalled for". She didn't do anything and walked away to the back room. I imitated her and said, "that's uncalled for". She sent someone after a bit who was really nice to wait on those men. I saw two groups of employees about a dozen not doing anything acting like whip crackers then there is Kim the overseer of the whip crackers. The actual store manager was definitely not present because the clowns were running the circus show into the ground in his absence. They need to ditch TL's and GL's those titles are some liberal democratic shuffling scheme much like the green new deal. A excuse not to work and watch others work.Service: Oil change”
