I wouldn't even give this bank 1 star if I didn't have to for this review. The a.t.m here kept 543.00 and they did nothing! It's been 16 days and they still told me it wasn't their problem. Rude and disrespectful people.lofeb21,2024. This back rep. Told me to dispute this banks ATM mess up with my bank. I don't have a bank because of people like this. They pretty much told me it wasn't they're problem so I'm out 540.43.00. that message from us bank is just for show .they did nothing.

The branch hours should be evaluated and changed, how is anyone able to conduct any buisness such as large cash withdrawals, questions, loan information Etc. If the branch is open for 7.5 hours a day and has no weekend hours at all? Seems quite atypical from any other bank locations around the area and very inconvenient.

I would give zero stars if I could! They are closed on Saturday too now! I'm sorry but I need access to my money on they weekend given I work 3rd shift! COVID IS NOT AFFECTING BUSSINESS HOURS ANYMORE! Sorry excuse of a bank! Second time iv used US bank in my life and will definitely be the last!!

I only have had to use this branch because the other location closed down in Princeton. They helped me out 1 time before whenever I had a major debt pull out that wasn't supposed to. I just had another similar situation, but was not even as bad. Got nailed with 7 36$fees. 252$ total. I called and asked the manager to please help me out on this because I really needed that 252 back. I even sent over savings money to try and prevent the account from going negative. I was told I was given a 1 time "courtesy" before and they can't do it again. So it's a courtesy now to help a customer get their money back? That's messed up. I asked her if she thought that was right to do to customers. She wouldn't even answer me. Thank you Kim for making my plans for my wedding a little more difficult now. I was calm and collective until I heard that courtesy part. You talk about fraud has to happen for them to help, this is fraud and US bank knows they are scalping their customers. If you're thinking of getting a bank account, please go to Chime instead. No fees if you ever go in the hole, free account, and the card they give you builds your credit score.

What kind of bank is only open one day a week. I understand the need to protect employee's health at this time but this is ridiculous.

I had to go to another bank to get my loan.The people I talked to about one at US Bank were very rude and condescending.I have also been having issues with my account and debit card and I get put on hold or hung up on.Im taking my business elsewhere.

Most friendly and helpful. Assisted me with difficult wire transfer which they accomplished perfectly. Got home loan through them which they made simple and painless. Best bank I've ever dealt with.

The bank has been charging me a fee on checking for 4-years. I recently discovered that the fee shouldn't be charged to my account but they won't refund more than 6-months of deductions because: "you had access to online checking." Yes! I did! I also saw the fees deducted. I also asked about them 4-years ago and was told that all customers with a balance below 25,000 would have that fee -- a lie.
