Great people who handle your animal with tender care. The office seems to be very clean compared to some others I've been to. Pricing was on oar with everyone else you could go to.

Took my dog Ruby in to get euthanized and the vet gave me so much time to spend with her for her last moments and helped me so much throughout the appointment, we will be bringing our dogs here from now on!

I had a really great first experience here but it went downhill when I needed to request ventrinary records.Last year I came with 8 puppies. I got every single one of them their shots. The nurse asked me their names and genders and birthdays, and spent time writing it down. All went well.Today, I needed to get one of the puppies veterinary records because the new owner misplaced the puppy folder I made with their little vaccination stickers off the vials the vet gave me. The puppy (dog now) in question was stolen out of her yard and ended up in the pound, and city hall required some sort of proof of ownership (like vetrinary records). The new owner called us in the hopes we could request his puppy vaccinations since I was the one who visited Honey Creek with the puppies. No problem at all, right?I come to find out that not only did Honey Creek Vetrinary Hospital not keep a single record on my puppies, they put it all under the mother. By the receptionists own admission (Rebecca, who also admitted she rembered me), they kept no information on the puppies, despite asking for the information. No birthdays, no names, no genders. Just the mother dog with 8 different puppy vaccinations listed under her.Rebecca claimed that if we misplaced the "paperwork, the puppy folders and the vials" they sent home with us, it was not their fault. I reminded her that she sent me home with BLANK puppy folders and the vials only had vaccination names on them. I built every single one of those folders myself. It's all handwritten puppy information, original names, dates of vaccinations and their corresponding vaccination stickers. She said that they were "under the impression I was rehoming the puppies and did not see the need to create a profile for each puppy." In reality, it's none of your business where the puppies are going. I came and spent my time and energy and a whole lot of money to care for these puppies because I loved them with all my life and soul and made sure they went to the best homes possible and this hospital couldn't be bothered to do their job. This was completely and utterly unprofessional. The puppy in question I needed records for had a heart murmur. Per the vet on his last visit. And that didn't seem important enough to note in his records? What if another vet requested the records? If I bring 8 children to the hospital for vaccinations and mention that they are being adopted next week, does it make any sense for the doctor to list all 8 baby vaccinations under me? No information on the baby? That does not make any sense at all. I hope we have learned from this because there currently is no proof I ever took 8 different puppies to this vet. They have proof 8 puppy vaccinations were given to the mother and that's it.

Gayla is kind, caring and very good. I had a difficult time leaving my home town vet/friend, but quickly felt comfortable with the care and kindness Gayla provides. I’m so glad a friend recommended her.

My puppy was shocked from chewing through an electric cord at 2 am in on the weekend. I was terrified, and had no idea what to do. I knew nothing was open, but I called Honey Creek and left a voicemail thinking someone would get back to me on Monday morning, the vet had so much compassion that she returned my phone call, even though it was the middle of the night on the weekend. She talked me through it, told me what look out for, and even offered to see him. I could tell she actually cares. She is above and beyond. I will always recommend her to anyone. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
