I have never in my life seen a person in a pharmacy be so rude. I have been going to this pharmacy for over three years and have been talked to like I'm incompetent because I do not know that they do not have my medication at the pharmacy and has to be ordered. It's always a head ache every time I get a new med or I'm needing something I'm totally about to change pharmacy

Save yourself the trouble an fill your medicine at Walmart. SIX MONTHS have been filling here and it’s ALWAYS a struggle! I’ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe I caught the pharmacist on a bad day, but for SIX months.

As an insurance agent who primarily works in the senior market, I deal with many pharmacies, near and far, large and small. I get to hear about the good and bad experiences individuals have at a pharmacy. With that being said, this pharmacy is consistent with their level of customer service. It is incomparable to other local pharmacies. Each time I do my annual reviews with my clients I hear about their excellent customer service, how kind, caring and friendly they are, and that they always explain things in a way that’s understandable. Often times, they are not the lowest costing pharmacy when utilizing insurance as they don’t hold the chain. They may be a few dollars higher BUT with all that being said, you cannot put a price tag on the level of service you get here. Knowing you’re going to be treated kindly, and spoke to like YOU and YOUR health and YOUR business matters to them...is priceless.

I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy since I started going here. I've had my meds filled at other pharmacy's with no problem. Hometown keeps screwing up my blood pressure medicine which is very important for me to have and could be life treating if I don't get it. It's there job to make sure I get the right medicine and that it gets filled correctly. They gave me the wrong medication that I haven't been taking for months!!!! I was taking it and thinking it was my blood pressure thinking they had changed the pill form, but it was a totally different med. I just looked at the bottle to see this a few days after the fact. I specially told them blood pressure medicine when I called and pulled up to the window and I still got the wrong thing. The time before this they were saying my medicine was transferred to another pharmacy which was not true. They always make me several days late because they can't get me the right medicine I need on time before I run out. This is only two complaints, but I have plenty more. They will no longer be getting my business.
