I was so frustrated with my experience at this branch. The ATM outside said it was dispensing cash, but none came out. I went inside the branch to see if they could just make sure my account looked okay and no funds were removed. The woman acted like she could help me, but said I needed to give her all kinds of information first - 2 forms of ID, my drivers license expiration date, my social security number. After asking for my address I told her I was in a hurry and just needed a check of the account. She said, "this has to be done" and took the info off my license anyway! After many more minutes and questions, i thought she would help, but, instead, she told me there was nothing she could do and to call the number on the back of my card. I would never have agreed to be kept there in her office if I knew she was not going to be able to help me.

The fact that a bank exists that does not accept deposits is pointless and a waste of space. Please reinstate my ability to deposit checks at this location!

The new manager here is outstanding!!! He takes his time and attentively listen to you without rushing you out. He not only educate you but provide solution to any of your concerns. I highly recommend this place.

Worst PNC location ever . Terrible customer service. PNC just lost a major Corporate Account. Someone needs to look into this branch. Poor Knowlege , Experience and Customer Service .

After searching for a PNC location because the nearby branches have closed, I found this branch. I tried to deposit a check and was told by an employee transactions are discouraged and then asked if knew how to use an ATM. Twice.

I tried to make a deposit with the teller/rep,but she wouldn't help me and told me to use the machine outside. It was a rather large amount of bills and I didn't want to be struggling to feed them into the machine. I mean what's the point of having a lobby and tellers.

Made a $2,000 cash deposit at the drive through atm (that never works properly-and is apparently managed by a third party company) and the money was not deposited at all. Gave me an error saying I needed to contact customer service for assistance.Just filed dispute that can take up to ten days before I can see my money in the account.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK!

This bank is awful. They no longer have bank teller services, but they pay a person to stand at tge doors and let people know there is no longer teller services. When I needed to report a lost debit card, there is no one at there national number. It literally says, “There is no one to take your call, goodbye.” I will be moving banks ASAP.
