“Waited for someone to come out to help me in the deli section. I asked another department, and they said there is a bell, and they would page them for me. There was no bell, but I was able to get the help I needed.”

“Very clean with lots of Variety. The only drawback was they followed me around and kept asking if I needed help like I didn't belong there. It made me feel bad ,I'm in a wheelchair but they were overly helpful. I mean to the point of suffocating me. They need to be trained better in the area of knowing who is there to steal and who is shopping. I felt unwelcome.”
“It’s Costco! Big selection that rotates. As busy as any other Costco in any other state. But the bakery has the best blueberry bagels I’ve had so far in town!”
“Not where I typically do my Sam's shopping. So the gas queue was a bit confusing for me. I did figure it out and got my gas.
Lines weren't long, which is why I decided to fuel there. I was in and out within 15 minutes.
I did notice every station attendant was on their phones having a good time. There was an elderly man who needed assistance, and another member helped him.”
“If you haven't by now you should definitely consider getting yourself a Sam's club membership. They have great deals inside of the store that you can't find at other stores because they sell in bulk at a cheaper price. But one of the main benefits of having a Sam's club membership is the price you pay on gas is considerably cheaper than other stations.”

“Was a good visit. The store was clean and well stocked. The wing bar was fresh and at a fair price. This is a good place for a quick stop for a couple of things or you could do all your grocery shopping at one time.”
“As always, one of the cheaper gas prices in the area draws in Sam’s Club members in flocks when they have a small drop. If the only reason you were to get a membership at a Sam’s Club was for getting your gasoline, the membership would be totally worth it.
Someone is onsite during business hours in case you have an issue, like running out of receipt paper.
It’s a clean facility with trash cans available to empty that pile of trash you may have been carrying around for a while or if your kid/pet vomited on the way.
You can also clean your windows (while you are filling up the tank) with the scrubby/squeegee they have between each fuel pump, usually filled with wiper washer fluid.”
“Getting used to my new schnucks location...I love that every time I buy eggs, they always double check to make sure none of them are broken before I leave. No other schnucks has done that for me and I really appreciate that. I'm taking out one star because I had come here on a mission to get their chicken wings from the bar a few weeks ago, but everything was cleared out and it was still pretty early in the day. I was really disappointed because it was all I was craving that day. Other than that they always have whatever I need. I will say that when they changed the price for a 10lb bag of potatoes to $10.99 they were psycho, but when I went back today, it was nice to see they brought it back down to $6.99. “Hey guys…I went to this Schnucks after school and I was just FAMISHED!! Two items I bought specifically moved me. I was just so excited when I saw the doughnut options. Tonight I ate a chocolate icing donut with sprinkles and it was just so good. But wait. I ate something else from this Schnucks that just made my night. A turkey leg. I had difficulties checking out, but that was me. I did it on my own. Anyway, I checked out and finally after a long class I came home and boy did that turkey leg hit!! It might’ve cost me my kneecap and 13 dollars, but it was so good. I was a rat. A rat in the apocalypse starved and that turkey leg was my cheese. I was absolutely carnivorous. Thank you Ladue Schnucks. I will remember this forever. (To Michael who was working check out. I did not get to experience your wonderful customer service but do trust I heard just how friendly you are. Maybe next time!)”
“Saturday mornings are crazy, but I used the scan and go on the app for the first time. Super easy and when I was done shopping, showed the guy at the door my qr code and left.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that several of the aisles were blocked by pallets of produce, in a manner that you had to turn around and back out of the the shopping aisles, and they had no fruit trays.”
“I work at an animal shelter and foster neonatal kittens and puppies. When my foster kittens were diagnosed with campylobacter Neels was able to make the very specific medication they needed in less than 24 hours! Neonatal kittens can decline fast and I don’t think we would have been able to find this medicine anywhere else in such a short amount of time. I really appreciate them and will be sure to recommend them to everyone I know in vet med. Huge thank you from myself and kittens Nugget, Fry, and McDouble!”

“This is the closest Schnucks store to where I live in House Springs and the store is always well stocked and clean inside as well as outside in the parking lot. Employees are helpful if you need assistance and if you shop their sales and specials you can justify the slightly higher prices easier but the cost of everything anywhere you go is beyond insane already. Definitely you get better quality and selection of meats and produce here than the lower priced grocery stores in the area and they have an amazing deli and bakery second to none which makes it worth the trip and a little bit more cost.”
“Looked very good. Aisle seemed like they had all the shelves fully stocked. The layout of the store is a little on the weird side. Staff was friendly. They immediately asked if I needed help when I approached the customer service counter. I also was surprised when I asked for help finding an item. At first I was told what section they were in. I explained I just came from there. So they offered to help me find my item. They couldn't locate it either. We tried a different location but worker agreed it usually is where I had originally looked for them. He then said that they probably out of the item if it isn't out on a shelve. It happens so I was fine with the explanation.”
“Pharmacy setup was a little strange. The actual pharmacy aisles are mixed in with the food aisles, and there's only one shelf (some bath items and vitamins) actually in the pharmacy area. I got the items I needed and got through the self-checkout. Really appreciated the bench at the front of the store, and the convenient ATM.”

Their staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and gives me that old town corner store drug store feel were they really value and care for their customers. “I want to say THANK YOU!!! I Just left the Dierbergs location in Des Peres and had the BEST customer service EVER!!! I was looking for beef short ribs. I asked the meat counter gentleman. he walked over with me to the place they should have been. there was only 1 pack and I really needed 3-5 pounds. he was nice enough to not only go see if he had any in the freezer but he also cut them and from full ribs. To me this is real customer service! This is just one example on why I drive past 4 other grocery stores to come to this location. THANK YOU for having the BEST employees!!!”
