Requested style: I wanted some layers but not enough to make my waves spring up and I wanted a blowout. Bostyn went above and beyond and gave me a round cut which looks so good in the back and styled it just how I wanted but made it more voluminous and bouncy than I imagined.

I went to have a keratin process put on my hair. My hair has the frizzy's and the summer it's a mess. I just want to say anyone having frizzy this treatment is for you as well. Kendra Smith did my hair and it turned out beautifully. She was professional and funny at the sametime. You can tell she cares about your hair! Love my hair Ms Kendra!!

I've been to the salon twice both time asked for the person with the most experience to cut/style my hair. OMG what a joke. Both times had to immediately have my hair redone since the cuts were uneven and simply horrible. I would never go there again-I'd be better off letting my dog chewed off my hair. I have pictures.

Excellent job. My hair looks beautiful. Claire Was it clean and tidy with good facilities? The facility was clean and tidy. Mystylist took the time to explain how to use products, suggest styling techniques and provide advice. Did not expect a scalp massage very good. Overall a excellent experience.

Timely and very friendly at front desk. Mot overly load. Makes clients feel welcome. Offering coddle, tea, or water. Hair color and cut was great. Ashley is a color Queen.

Emery was amazing! I've had facials at several places and hers was the best so far. She is very knowledgeable and gives suggestions for what to do at home in between appointments. I will be back!

Beth the hair stylist is horrible. She spoiled my hair after hair color. She was confused all the time what she was doing and ended up bleaching my hair without even proper toning, she was confused to a level that had to ask other stylist for help and if she got the color correctly. She could not make any judgement by herself. Did not get the look No where closer to the picture I showed, Infact all the hair got spoiled and fried due to bleach.I told her layers hair cut and she just ended up doing one layer of hair and that is it. She charged me 250$ and did nothing. When I asked her for color correction, she and her receptionist refused and said it needs to be an other appointment and will not b a color correction rather would be a fully charged and other service. I clearly showed the picture of what I wanted and the stylist could not get any closer and even refused to correct it. Horrible experience. Ginger bay salon Should hire people who have knowledge of what they are doing rather than horrible stylist. Such a money waste, time waste and your hair are destroyed! Do not recommend to anyone.
