Every time I go to this Ace store someone helps me out above and beyond the call of duty. The associates are very knowledgeable and helpful. I only wished that I was closer to this store.

I had a key made for my Honda and they were super helpful! I believe Rebecca made the copy. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. It was also on the cheaper end of car key replacements.

Walked in at 7:40 and I was apparently bothering the employee. Bothered to check me out at the register and bothered to open the rock area for me to load the bags of rocks I have to carry. Employee had back half of her head shaved with her hair in a pony. So rude and unfriendly I failed to get her name. I get it it’s early. But not speaking a word to a customer and begrudgingly helping is RUDE as heck! I guess I’ll stick to Home Depot.

Had keys made 2 worked 2 did not work went back they reworked keys 1 did not work haven't went back for the key that did not work this was not the only time I had keys made that did not work
