The owner of the shop Garrison obviously has a chip on his shoulder after being fired another diesel shop.
Needless to say he's very difficult to deal with and definitely don't get your truck tuned by him. Garrison messed my truck up terribly with a tune. It's going to cost him a lot for the repair that he's not doing.
He's a Mr know-it-all. Unfortunately he has a lot to learn.
The truck didn't even have a 125 mi on it when the problem started after Garrison tune. It might be 9 months later but it's sat in the garage and was never driven after the tune. Now only a little over 225 miles since the tune!
Never offered to fix the truck or pay for any repairs!! He does nothing but switch stories around and lies.
The only reason he wants to speak to the people that are fixing my truck is to try to discredit them! They have dealt with Garrison before and the unfortunate part is Garrison thinks he's always right. The dealers GMC diesel service techs does not care to talk to Garrison.
The dealerships policy is not to correspond about service to anyone other than the person who's vehicle it is, and is paying the bill. Especially when it involves extended warranty claims.
Instead of costing Garrison several thousand dollars for the repairs the extended warranty covers it for $100.
Garrison has his choice to either pay the several thousand dollars or $100 for the extended warranty and $600 for the tune that messed the engine up.
