If I'm paying almost $100 per hour in shop labor I ask 1 thing: 1. Don't smoke in my car. Bottom line of professionalism was not met. Very disappointed.

What a great place. Bill and his staff has always done a great job and at a great price. The girls that work in the office are awesome they always call to keep you up to date on the progress and give you an estimate before hand. Several times the price at pick up was cheaper than my estimate. They have my families business!

This place is not a good place to take a you're car not only do they rip you off they don't do the work you pay for. I have spent over a grand at this place to have my brand new engine to still throw codes. Not only did they not do the job. Bill the owner has horrible customers service and is very rude. I will never spend another dollar here. I should have listen to people when they said to not send my car there. Guess I'm not the only one that's been ripped off.

It's hard to say how grateful we are for the incredible customer service and experience we recently had at Quality Auto Repair. We were on our way home from dropping our daughter off in eastern Missouri and were headed back home to Denver when our car died on the highway late on a Sunday night. We were truly in the middle of nowhere and very unsure of where to go. Thankfully, the tow truck driver recommended Quality Auto and we trusted his recommendation. Although it took a couple of days (mainly due to getting parts), everyone was wonderful. Bill took it upon himself to get out car back on the road, and every one of the staff was intent on getting us home. What could have been a very rough situation, was made so much better by excellent customer service, fantastic repair and diagnostics, and just an overall willingness to go the extra mile. I'd recommend them highly to anyone in the region!

If my vehicle needs something done and I don't feel like doing it myself, or just simply don't have the time, I don't hesitate to leave it with them. They've always done great work for me. They're friendly, easy to deal with, and they get the job done right and in a timely manner!

This is THE place to take your car. Honest, great prices, good people. They've given me advice before to not repair my car because it wasn't in my best interest. Very impressed that they were turning down short-term business for what was best for me, the customer. When I have major repairs I always attempt to get my car there.
